This was my first time ordering from this establishment. Being a Louisiana native myself, I decided to give it a try. I ordered the country boil feast so I could have a variety and the opportunity to sample everything. I did take out. When I arrived home, my food was still hot. I can honestly say I enjoyed it. The seafood was cooked to perfection along with the potatoes, corn, and sausage. Even though I like my food a little more on the spicy side I have no complaints. I would definitely order from them again and I recommend to anyone that enjoys real cajun type seasoned food!

Great spot for Cajun food! I placed an in store order to go and waited about 15 minutes. I tried the crawfish and shrimp boils with gator bites as an appetizer; all were very tasty. I felt that the amount of seasoning was just right, not too spicy or salty. The indoors seating area was very hot, but there is also outdoors seating. Big plus to the cashier who walked my food out to me when it was ready. Will eat here again!

PROS: Excellent customer service; staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming upon my arrival to place a to-go order. Seafood flatbread was delicious, fresh and had a surprising kick. Beignets were nice.CONS: The seafood Étouffée was the consistency and color of a very thick, light brown gravy and was high in sodium. We discarded the étouffeés, but would consider returning on Tuesdays for the flatbread.

Only problem I had was the $2 service charge for using a card and that it wasn't displayed anywhere in the store.

The food was good. Didn't like the fact they charged .50 for water and $2 fee to pay by card. This was not bottle water but tap water. Probably won't go back. I will just visit King Claw in the future.

This is my husband and I’s favorite seafood place to go to in Columbus. Just from the overall taste, customer service, and consistency!! I love that they have not changed the quality of their food since I started coming here. And we have been going there now for 3+ years. The customer service is always on point! Everyone is always very friendly. Which I think is an added bonus to the wonderful food they have. I always love the low country boil and my husband likes the crawfish & shrimp boil. This is doing seafood right without all the sauce. Also, I love their beignets! ? its very nice to have a great restaurant that still cares about the quality of the food and also have wonderful customer service. Being from Louisiana, it feels like home here. Don’t ever change!

This place has a welcoming atmosphere, it's good food. Great Service. Reasonable Prices. The only thing that was missing was a bit of fresh lemon for my water, and the French fries lacked any crunch or flavor. The boils are always delicious, the hot wings are really good too. You can't go wrong with this place, just don't order the French Fries, and don't expect fresh lemon. I sincerely recommend it.Parking: Limited number of parking spaces located in a plaza with other businesses.
