Charred Oak Kitchen + Bar

Started off great. Got my chicken Alfredo and it was cold. The plate was cold and the food was cold. I ordered a second drink and waited forever. Our waiter looked high as hell too. I was so disappointed about my food and then went to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. I always thought this place was high class and the prices are pretty high. Just not worth the money.

Our experience was phenomenal. The food was perfect & the service was amazing! Highly recommend.

We visited the Carrollton location for an anniversary meal. I’m still waiting on my drink… my husband ordered sweet tea… he was brought water. We told the waitress. Then she brought him unsweet tea and finally sweet tea. But he never got his refill. The service was horrible. I told our waitress that my Mac and cheese was too salty and my sweet potato fries were cold and soggy. She simply stayed “I’m sorry” and presented us with a $60 bill. They just opened and I honestly don’t think they were ready. There was a photographer taking pictures of food and when he left, the table of food that he photographed stayed on the table for the duration of our meal. Well over an hour. I’ll not be back. At least we weren’t charged for the drink. It’s overpriced for the quality of food. Go to Brown Dog or Huck’s….

We came in Saturday night and had a wonderful waiter. I'm terrible with names so I wish I could name them here. They were extremely attentive,helpful and friendly.The strawberry bourbon smash was AMAZING!!!!The spinach dip was delicious.Our steaks were delicious 😋 Definitely a go to place for a great cocktail 🍸 and appetizers!!!!

My three guest and myself are all senior citizens. This was my third visit to Charred Oak Kitchen & Bar, I had never experienced a problem until last night 8/17 with my supposedly 14oz Ribeye steak order. We brung the issue to the Only management on duty (Kitchen Mgr) attention, my steak was possibly 7oz at best because it was over 50% blubber fat, being a senior I suffer from multiple illnesses to include high cholesterol blood pressure and diabetes. I asked to have either another steak or a 50% discount on this order only not any refund. I was told all of their steaks come in fatty like this and unfortunately there isn't anything to be done because all sales food or drinks within Charred Oaks are final. (Listed at the very bottom of the menu. I disagree with this because our cocktails were made incorrectly and they remade them (Yet all sales are supposed to be final) we were told Only the owners could take care of any issues but also said they can't be reached at said time.
To add insult to injury the menu states 36.00 for the Ribeye yet I was charged 37.44 without cause. We previously highly recommended
this establishment to are couple friends who came with us to dine this evening and to have this poor food product prepared was a disgrace. The four of us will never eat there again because they obviously don't have quality concerns for any of their customers with individual issues and or concerns. I was hoping for more. The food was plain. Not well seasoned over cooked. Small but still had to wait for a half hour to even order. Waitress said the kitchen wasn't ready.

This was the BEST eat out meals we have had in years. Love the atmosphere and Bo gave us excellent service. We will be a regular here. Awesome job to the entire crew. Thanks for a local eatery that rocks!
