I hate to be this person but I have owned a small business myself and cannot understand businesses who respond to mistakes this way:
I ordered a custom birthday cake for my daughter and specifically requested (and paid extra for) a sprinkle-filled center that would pour out when the cake was cut. This was the main feature she was excited about.

Friendly service, creative ideas, and amazingly good cakes and treats!
I will say I love how she presents her business on where and DoorDash. This was first time I heard of this business and I’m not a big person on eating other people baked goods then mine. But I wanted a treat for myself so I ordered the caramel biscoff cake jar off DoorDash and instantly I loved the presentation.
