Only chick-fil-a in town that gives us a problem. They took forever to even take our order and the usually always mess up with our payment and then we have to wait even longer to even get our food. We came in right before breakfast ended and they told us that they were serving lunch.

DoorDash does business with these people. Doordash misleads customers says first delivery is free and then tries to charge you $10 every month after that by using the credit card you paid with. I called DoorDash told him I did not approve that nor did I see anything or sign anything agreeing to that. They said they don't care and they refuse to take care of the problem. I will never use doordash again and I guess I'll stop eating at Chick-fil-A who I used to enjoy. I have 80,000 followers on Google I made them aware of this too.

Dear Chick-fil-A Management,
I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to the Manchester Expressway location. Unfortunately, the service did not meet the high standards I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A.
First, the team member taking my order at the drive-thru appeared distracted and was not engaged in the interaction. I noticed she was a trainee, but she seemed unprepared to handle orders independently. I had to repeat my order three times, and throughout the conversation, she used “yeah” multiple times instead of the expected courteous responses. At no point did I hear “my pleasure,” which is a hallmark of Chick-fil-A’s service.
Additionally, my order took significantly longer than usual to be prepared. Several cars that arrived after me received their food first, causing an unnecessary delay.
I visit Chick-fil-A for both the quality of food and the excellent service, and unfortunately, today’s experience did not reflect that. I’d appreciate it if you could look into this matter to ensure future visits align with the level of service Chick-fil-A is known for.

The Service in the drive through is getting worse.
We went through the drive through, and the guy that took our order (name tag was jhy) showed the best customer service, he gave us recommendations about one of the items we ordered and had us use the app to help us save some money. He put a smile on our faces!

I love this location. My son works here. The manager is beyond awesome! The team is well trained and very polite. The service is top tier, as always.
Dietary restrictions: I love having the option to get grilled nuggets instead of fried. The kale salad is great!
I usually come here often but lately, the food has been looking a little deformed lately and not as warm. Now, this. I ordered through the app a chicken biscuit with the english muffin buns (that is an option in the app) instead of the butter biscuits due to a dairy allergy and added an egg white to it (also an option in the app), and I only got the bun wrapped up with the egg and chicken biscuit separate in a large fruit cup container. It looks like I had to make my own biscuit today. Chik-fil-A, what is this??? I have ordered this type of biscuit before. I do not understand this new approach.
