They skimp a lot on the protein I canโ€™t lie, but have far better customer service than the Whittlesey location so i will continue to come here. Staff is consistently friendly and offer great customer service.

This appears to be a standard chipotle, and itโ€™s usually relatively clean. However, the service is often abysmal. The fountain drink machine is broken more often than itโ€™s not. They seldom have vinaigrette (and if you order online assume you wonโ€™t get yours). The portion sizes when you order online are laughable, but if youโ€™re in store theyโ€™ll usually put a reasonable amount of toppings for you.
