I have ordered through the sight twice now and both times have received the wrong order. There is way to contact someone at the store to get it corrected. They make you go through an app that offers no resolution to the problem. Will not order from them again.
Daughter orderd on the app, drove over to pick up her food only to be greeted by a locked door and a sign telling her how to get a refund!

Trying to have a relaxing night in with the family? No worries, Chipotle will screw it up for you.
We ordered our food to be delivered, and it got here late. When we checked, my meal was missing.
The driver said that they "have been screwing up orders all day long", and wanted us to check to make sure the order was fine. We checked, and turned around, and he was gone.
