The Cashier started adding cups to the bill when we didn’t even want a drink. There was no pizza fresh the pizza that was up there looked like it’s been sitting for hours

It was amazing, I went here with my dad, and I’m 17, and I haven’t been at a Cici’s place ever since I was little. I tried the food, and it was hot and fresh, and everytime we ate, we’d come back and it was quickly restocked on food. Everything was on point and on time, I’m DEFINITELY going to be coming back, this place is awesome

The place was dirty, tables again were not cleaned up, appeared to be short staffed. There were several black teenagers in the place that kept bumping infront of people and taking all the pizza and cinnamon roles. Pizza was very slow coming out of the ovens. The teenagers would leave out of the store and in 10 minutes or so they would come back in and eat more without paying again. Just as we were getting ready to leave, 4 more black teenage girls came in and went straight to the arcade room without paying. As we were going out the door, they were filling plates with pizza. Needless to say this is not the CiCi's I remembered, I will not be going back! This company will not stay in business very long at this rate. Dirty!

I hate to leave a bad review because I absolutely love eating here!! This isn't about the food or the service.
However, when I pull up it's really not a good look for an employee to be standing out front smoking a cigarette and then proceed to throw it on the ground 🤮

Food out almost constantly and the food that was up was cold and been there a while. Staff walking around on phones putting up decorations and goofing off instead of taking care of customers. Do not waste your time

Staff was friendly. Food was excellent. Placed a customized pizza did not take very long. Definitely a great experience.
Went here on a Sunday evening not very busy and they only had 2 pizzas (pepperoni and cheese) and deserts out how are you going to not have pizza out on the buffet when not enough people to be finishing it all are even in the place

The WORST. They charge you out the butt for the buffet they can’t even keep FRESH pizza on. Their brownies were HORRIBLE, OLD AND STALE. NO CINNAMON ROLLS ON THE BUFFET. DISGUSTING.
