Stood in front for almost 10mins before anybody came and rung me up. The soda machine didn’t have any carbonation to it at all. Some of the tables were still dirty due to lack of cleanliness. Sweet tea wasn’t sweet at all and tasted like there was no sugar at all. Overall not the best one I’ve been to and hopefully this one gets shut down like the others

I used to love this place decent pizza and a good time but the pizza was rancid people were rude the place was trashed. A mountain of ice blocking the soda machine every table was dirty barely any pizza on the counter. Good luck finding a plate or pizza. Yucky stinky. Stinky and yucky. I guess the good ole days are over cause cicis used to be the spot. The other cicis closed down and this one is coming up next because nobody here cares whatsoever

We tried to grab a quick dinner before a movie with three adults and 5 kids. Lady at the register didn’t speak, no plates to eat, two pizzas on the line and the cook went on break to smoke. Terrible restaurant and management.

I can't give this restaurant any lower stars. Like literally everything was terrible. Customer service was bad, literally no forks, no clean plates , trash and food every where. Dishes all over the place. Employees playing and not cleaning . One guy said that their protocol is that they can only cook one cheese bread and desert every 30 mins unless they get a crowd in. Well I thought 10 was a crows . That's what we had. Associates are gonna loose jobs and well known family restaurants are gonna be closed down . And this is the example right here. I hope you guys that work tonight get fired bc y'all are not understanding the concept of running a business

Me and husband wanted pizza and Cicis doesn’t close until 10PM. They had the doors locked and it’s only 8:30PM. Don’t know If I will come here again.
Why do the employees not clean the tables, or wash dishes? 12 tables can't eat because there is nothing to eat on or with yet they keep ringing up more people. The remaining tables are stacked with dirty plates.
Just like I remebered, everything tasted the same wish we still had our location

We go here from time to time, and you really can't beat the price of the buffet. I love the cheese sticks and the brownies and cinnamon rolls that they have as well.
Consistently good and place is clean. Good family atmosphere and I recommend for the kids as being a pizza place this is the type of food they will enjoy. Also it's the last pizza buffet I sm aware if in columbus ,ga since Stevie Bs closed. Cics have two locations still open I think.
