Brought a party of 10 in on Saturday evening. After we paid, we see the buffet. THREE SLICES OF PIZZA for all 50 people in the restaurant! Salad bar busted, no pasta, drink machines out of everything. The employees were mad that customers were mad. Meth mountain! Hard pass. Should have went to Little Caesars. Would have been 5 stars in comparison

1. Received a coupon in the mail for $6.99 buffet, attempted to give it to the cashier, cashier says we don't honor those coupons. Like, really? So, why are they mailed out?2. Requested a deep dish, employee called it back to the pizza maker, waited about 20 minutes, then followed up, the employee said, we no longer make deep dish. So, why didn't you say this in the first place?3. Restaurant was far from being clean, pasta noodles, pizza toppings, dirty napkins scattered on the floor. I was afraid to use the bathroom as dirty as the restaurants condition was.4. This location formerly had an amazing manager, not sure of his name, but he seemed as though he cared about running this business properly, and now it seems to be ran by children who could care less if the company shuts down or stays in business. Sad, but true.5. Unless some major improvements come about, I do not see myself returning to this restaurant.Unless some major changes happen, I do not see myself returning here in the future.

By far the worst experience ever. 4 of us went yesterday around 1:30 after paying we got our drinks and there was one pizza on the bar, nine people in line waiting. Cashier is still taking more people's money, no where to sit. 30 to 45 minutes wait time after standing in line. We asked for a refund and was told company policy is no refunds. I would like a refund 2 of each spent more than 24.00. I will never go back and I will not refer anyone to go to whittlesy Blvd, Columbus, GA again. Trying to get in touch with the manager now.

Went to the one on auburn they refuse to sell cinnamon rolls saying they had no to go boxes. Went here fast friendly service. Cooked fresh and just put them in a large pizza box though they didn’t have boxes either.
Love cicis . Always take my son to play in the game room. My favorite is the Bavarian cream pizza. A one of a kind dessert that noone else has. Salad was fresh and the pizza as well. My only recommendation would be to put a little more efforts into making sure the game room was being cleaned and disinfected regularly considering the majority that go in there are children as well as, considering it's a game room, how often and how many hands are touching everything in there. Also, loving the new card/point system for the games rather than the coin method.
Walked in and was not feeling very welcomed from the beginning. The guy working the front ringing us up seemed really irritated with us. There wasn’t one smile. Just a lot of tension!!! We proceed to go get drinks and sit them down and we find all the tables are sticky. There also was no fresh food out. My husband asked if they would make cheese bread and he said no there was some already out. We didn’t pay to come eat cold food….. ILiterally never got any fresh cheese bread. Pretty mad about that. So moving forward, there was ZERO fresh food out. Had to wait for it but that’s not even what I wanted. lol. My family was alright about it but I wanted that dang cheese bread to go with my soup. They like to NEVER came out to bus our table. And when they did he asked me to stick my own plates in the bin. I’m just over it lol. The food is crappy and stale and don’t make a request for cheese bread with this crew. They refuse it. But hey plenty of refills on the Dr Pepper lol. I do not recommend this place !
