This was my 1st trip to Crumbl. My 12 & 13 year old granddaughters wanted to go, they'd been before. I was disappointed that most of the cookie choice were not to my taste/liking. Things like pink donut and sea salt nutella. I'll maybe try them again. Hopefully they'll have regular cookie choices next time.
The ladies working on Monday evening 11/25 Alana and Marianna were so sweet and helpful. I placed a pick up order but the system but running a bit slow so I arrived before my order was prepared. They asked my name and quickly made my order. They gave me their opinion of which cookies/pies were best for the week. All around just a nice very awesome interaction. Cookies were good but the customer service was awesome.
I Had a really good s’mores cookie it was very tasty. The marshmallow was still warm. The chocolate was made to perfection and the cookie itself was very soft and that’s just how I like it.
