Brady Park Dr. call to talk to someone and they put me on hold . They never answer the complaint line. Sent bad pizza that look like a kid made it have pictures. They sent to my house anyway. Now they won't answer the phone . They suck bad.
Use to get great service from them ,don’t know what happen they had great customer service and delivery drivers were on point and on time ,I did an on line pizza for delivery at 4:45 ,5:15 no pizza or call that there was a problem with a shortage of delivery drivers NOTHING ,I call and said I will just pick up my own pizza got there gave me the reason one delivery driver ,got my pizza at 5:40,what should have happened is block all deliveries and make carry out only,they kept...read full review
Horrible customer service! My family and I usually order from this particular Dominos atleast once a week if not twice. So as usual we placed an order for a thin crust chicken pizza with beef and cheddar cheese. Also ordered chicken bites with no bacon. We picked up our food and begin to eat only to realize my chicken had bacon on top. So we called and they agreed to fix it. So we continued to eat our pizza only to realize another issue, there was ham and bacon pieces in the pizza....read full review
