I ordered free coffee through the app, they took my points, the girl said it’s not gonna work so she charged me $7. Cold foam was on the receipt but wasn’t on the coffee, what was mentioned. On the end I got -600 points, -$7 and shitty coffee. Have you ever seen latte this color? 15 spoons of sugar ( I said “less sugar”) included. Going to stop using Dunkin’

This is my favorite coffee place. I love their coffee. They have amazing bagels and love their sourdough sandwich. Very friendly staff.

Common courtesy would be to say you’re closed! Get your sign fixed that says 24 hours. Very rude of the staff to have me sitting at the drive thru and not come on the speaker “being a white girl had her headphones on” and say you’re closed! Turning off the lights that l the driver can’t see is rude as hell! Y’all fast food workers need an etiquette class on customer service and then demand on $10.
I have been going to this Dunkin for years. It is the BEST Dunkin Donuts in Columbus. The employees are exceptionally nice, the food is always fresh, and my coffee has been consistent with every visit. They always get my order correct as well. I refuse to go to any other Dunkin in town! 5 stars!!!
Vegetarian options: I was plant-based for a while and frequented this Dunkin. The bagel bites, donuts, egg and cheese wraps and sandwiches, muffins, etc. are all vegetarian. Mocha swirl, hashbrowns, and bagels are vegan and they have milk alternatives.
