What's the point of a mobile app to preorder food and drinks when people who walk in and order at the register receive their order before you? This has happened several times at this location. They apologize for the inconvenience and delay but that defeats the purpose of using the mobile app. The products we receive are fine but the process needs some work.
Felt rushed in drive through, the manager on staff was working window, very rude and unprofessional. Threw the food at us and rudely asked if we were waiting for something and gave us a nasty look, completely disappointed and disrespectful.

They were out of mist things my family and I tried to order. Then Diane got mist of our order wrong. We asked for a refund and it was refused. She asked me to return on Monday for a refund. We got over charged for items we didn't ask for on our receipt. I asked for a manager and both employees refused to I call the Manager. How can a Manager not be reachable and customers have to be asked to return personally to their location for a refund? We were visiting family fr out of town and stop by for a meal and had an awful experience. I am a dunkin fan but thus location in Columbus has given me second thoughts on spending my gard earn money with a franchise that can give two hecks about you as a customer. Now we have to take time out our busy Monday to call corporate to try fet a refund. Wish me luck!

This Dunkin’ Donuts was very clean. The only reason why I gave them a three star is because unfortunately no fault to there. I bought a Tumblr for $17 at one and they said that I will be able to refill for $.99 and they didn’t uphold it, but I do believeit was not their fault

Disappointed! For six months, I have been giving this location chances to get my order right. I think I might’ve gone maybe twice and my order was fixed exactly as it should be. They don’t put the amount of espresso that should go into the drink. when the drink calls for two espresso shots, they only give one. I taste nothing but milk and caramel. It does not taste good at all. It’s looked worse than this before. I’m starting to think that it’s done on purpose. Maybe they’re holding back for inventory purposes I don’t know? I don’t think that these girls are trained properly. This is my last time going to this location. This is the only one so far that I’ve gone to that mostly never satisfies me. If you’re in this area and craving coffee, I advise you to just keep going and go to Starbucks or pick a different location!

My donuts were cold, the new loaded hashbrown meal was terrible. Hashbrowns were soggy the sauce is terrible and the bacon was caked in salt. Back to the donuts they were cold, stale, and a waste of money. This had ruined my experience with all Dunkin’s.

Literally the slowest experience ive ever had in any fast food establishment, no cars in the drive thru, no customers up front, no one working on mobile orders, just lounging in the back ignoring customers. Ridiculous.

We had to have our order remade. The coffee was bitter didn’t even taste like fresh coffee . The girls working talked awful about us while re making it. No apologies just a “ we will remake it “ after having it remade it still
Was bitter and not mixed well , also a bad after taste . My sister paid for it and said it wasn’t worth even having them remake it again . I do not even recommend getting any food nor coffee from them

Spent an entire day sick because I have a dairy allergy, asked for almond milk in my coffee and they put creamer. I could tell it was off when they gave it to me but the worker acted annoyed when I asked if they were sure there was no creamer. They reassured me twice it was made correctly, when in fact it was not. Worst dunkin in colga by far.

To the girl working the window this morning. My husband accidentally dropped the bag as you were handing him food so you remade part of the order. Upon realizing you didn’t replace the bagel bites, he decided go in and ask for them to be remade. As he was walking in he heard you talking crap about him dropping the bag. Accidents happen. Have a little grace and don’t be so miserable in your own life to talk crap about others. Safe to say service sucks.
