This is the second time I have come to this Dunkin Donuts and had an extremely rude person on the intercom. This is unacceptable.
On top of them being rude. I waited in line for 10 mins and when I finally get to the window and order my breakfast crossiant I'm told that they are not making anything on the grill. When I ask if there is a reason they aren't, the young lady rudely responds that they just aren't. That's a problem. You're not doing your job cause you don't want to?! Needless to say, I was VERY upset and had to ask the car behind me to let me out so I wouldn't be trapped in the line and forced to waste another 10 mins to get through and leave. Something needs to be done. The young people there need to be trained in customer service. I'm in hospitality. I'll train them, my goodness!

Avoid at all costs. Ordered my coffee at 3pm on the mobile app. Drive thru closes at 4pm. When I arrived at 3:08 12/24/24 the disheveled woman at the window began violently cussing and spitting at me telling me the location is closed. Recorded the entire thing. Police have been notified, Columbus Health Department has been contacted.
Paid $8 for coffee to never receive anything because at that point I didn't trust anything from her. Currently awaiting my refund from Dunkin still....

I bought a drink for over $8 and asked for lite ice. They filled it with ice and only added a small amount of matcha latte. I won’t be going back. This picture was after I ate some of the ice. Ridiculous!

Ordered 2 boxes of half dozens of donuts and whoever this female Dunkin Donut staff gave me a SUPERB customer service. Time was between 8:40 PM to 8:46 PM.
Terrible service! Ordered a small hot coffee, get the cup it’s half full! I ask about it only to be asked “is there a problem?”. Won’t be back

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant - when I went to bite into I got a strong chemical smell. I thought maybe I was overreacting or something so I took a bite and spit it out. Literally smelled like bleach and tasted like a mouth full of chemicals. I threw out the whole sandwich. Unsure how Dunkin stores, prepares and cooks their food but it seems like this is a common occurrence from searching online.
