Terrible experience. They are offering a special for Veterans Day and were busy as they should have expected. They yelled out several times that the wait would be 35 minutes. Then proceeded to curse and talk loudly to one another about how ridiculous the crowds and orders were. This was especially egregious with children present. I said, we are standing right here in front of you! We love firehouse but are not sure that we will visit this location again any time soon.
I went into the Firehouse subs on Whittlesley/Veterans and they refused to make me food because it was 5 mins til 9. Because I didn't order online or call ahead they refused to give me service. I have worked in the restaurant industry and had people walk in with 1 min til we closed and we cooked for them.
