Food was pretty good, policy's a little upsetting. Girlfriend's son chose it for his birthday dinner. One of the grandma's sons wanted barbecue sauce. She was told she had to pay $0.50 before they would hand it to her while we sat out on the back porch. She asked if she couldn't take it to him while she goes to get her change to save her a trip. They said no. They did not trust her after we spent over $130 for dinners 9 people's dinner really upsetting her after buying multiple family meals and drinks for those that didn't want sweet tea. It was one of their favorite restaurants and now we can't got back. Now where does it say that that a family dinner can't be eaten at the location. Why wouldn't it be allowed and some form of plates be provided? Rather disappointed since it was my first time ever going and I thought the chicken was a close second to Rasing Cane's.

We Always make sure that Ms.Marla is working or we do not stop she provides ALL her customers with the greatest ever customer service for a fast food restaurant. We make it up there weekly sometimes more.Food is always as ordered restaurant is spotless very clean and neat even down to the condiment counter.Wish there were more places in the area as well ran as this Guthries on Veteran's Parkway.

I ordered the big g & was shorted a tender. The food was good though. The young lady at the drive thru was nice.
I visit this Guthrie’s quite often and the food is always great as well as the service. Moreover, they always greet me with a smile when I come thru the door. Hands Down… best fried chicken tenders in Columbus, Georgia in my opinion. I go as often as I can.

I think Guthries has the best chicken fingers around here. Always cooked perfectly and the sauce 🤌! But this review is about Ms Marla, she is the epitome of great service. She always greets you with a smile as soon as you walk in, calls you by name, checks on the customers, offers polite conversation, and all while performing her other duties as well. Guthries, y’all truly have a Gem in this lady!

Usually come here a lot and lately been noticing that the food looks different every time… Looks old and not pleasant at all Decided to come today and once again a waste of my time and money. So not satisfied with this place anymore. Come out better cooking at home because these places really don’t care what they serve the customers.

The cashier was rude and not attentive. All carbonated beverages were not good, machine messed up. All menu items now include drinks which makes the meal $3-4 more for bad drinks. Food was good but overall not a good experience.
