Drive through customer service has always been great, but the food quality and amount has decreased with my last two vists (weeks apart) on top of the increase in cost (which I understand). I'm going to likely try one more time before I give up on them completely.
I got a yakisoba at the drive through. It was fast and very good price. However it does not taste any where NEAR a yakisoba, taste, fine, like a lomain, deff not yakisoba. But good price.
Food was good. Wait was crazy long, that's ok because food is fresh though. I did receive the complete wrong order and have to go back which took an additional 30 mins so make sure you have the right food before you leave. The wait is even worse inside than in the drive thru. Manager was very nice and fixed my order, it did take 30 mins though when my initial order in the drive thru only took 15 mins tops with a packed drive thru.
