Customer service straight up ghosted me.I filled out their request form to have a birthday cake made for my wife. It was a little short notice (1 week) but it wasn't a specialty cake, was directly from their menu options, didn't require any extra designs, and the 2 day window I needed the cake were open on their calendar. I told them either day would be fine and I would pick it up personally. They replied that afternoon, but the mail went into spam and I didn't see it till the next morning.They asked me to confirm my information and order request, which I did and told me it could take up to three days for confirmation and an invoice to be sent.I told them I would have payment as soon as they finished the invoice, either that day in person or through their preferred payment service.I never heard from them again. After waiting two and a half days I sent another reply asking if everything was okay, and again no response.Left me scrambling the day before the party and I had to get my wife a generic Publix cake. ?I just feel like they could have at least told me that they didn't have time to fit me in or couldn't fill the order. The way the process went I felt as if the order was going through until it was too late for me to find another bakery service.

We are not from Georgia but my son's 3rd birthday fell during a visit with family in the area. I have a background in corporate event planning, so I was a bit nervous to use someone other than my local go-to when it came to his cake. Luckily, I found How Sweet It Is through a simple online search and was impressed enough with the photos and reviews to give it a go. Chari made the most incredible Blippi themed cake, taking into account every detail of my request and delivering on both appearance and taste! If I am ever in the area again and have a need for a cake (or maybe just a hankering for one) I will definitely look no further than this cake studio - highly recommend!

Let me tell you!!! This amazing woman DID my Harry Potter cake to the capital T!! Everyone ate my cake, like lucky my people packed some up for me, but EVERYONE loved it so much. How she did so much detailed and this is what I wanted and she did it. She's great with communicating, she's my new cake lady now. My husband picked the flavor and I picked the style. Yes he picked it out and he was part of everything when it came to the cake part. But she did SUCH AMAZING work people were so WOW when they saw it.
