“I went with my boyfriend and we got Liz as a server. We ordered our food and a few minutes later Liz comes back to show something to my boyfriend. She showed him that we could get a free entree with a purchase of another entree and two drinks. We had no idea about that, completely missed the sign when walking in. Because of this we saved $17. We can't thank Liz enough for saving us that extra money. She was very sweet and provided excellent service. We would return to this location just to see her again.“

It wasn't too busy, however slow service.
Brought my hash browns and bacon out before my pancakes I had to wait on longer, while my company received their entire meal before me
Which makes it awkward for him to go ahead and eat, as he was waiting for my food to arrive as well.“

“Great food, served fast and hot! The waitress Suzanne was outstanding. She focused on ensuring customers at multiple tables had exactly what they asked for and made great effort to be as personable as possible. It makes a true difference when an employee understands the employers mission or goals and then applies the appropriate action(s) to meet them. This is a family friendly place. The hostess does need a little reminder they are the face of the business and need to smile or speak kindly to each group of guests. The cook(s) did agn outstanding job, literally the best burger I've had in a very long time. The other members of my group were very pleased with the food as well. UPDATE: I just read other comments before mine was made, the hostesses being hired are the absolute problem for this specific location. PLEASE retrain them or fire those unwilling to do better.“
