Need better people workin that know how to serve. I stand in line at the register for 3 Minutes for someone to finally notice me to tell me o we close..

Ordered an appetizer and then 10 min later the waitress says they're out of all appetizers EXCEPT fried pickles. Okay, so no appetizers. Ordered food (boneless wings). About 10ish minutes later she come back and says they're out of boneless wings but the chef can chop up a tender. No thanks! Ended up with thr fried shrimp and fries. The fries had NO SALT/SEASONING whatsoever. Asked for ketchup and I'm still waiting (it never came). My daughter and mother each got the all u can eat wings (advertised at $15/person, but charged $15.99/person). The waitress never checked on us until I asked for the check. My mother and daughter both had issues with their checks (charged for items they weren't aware they would be charged for) and questioned things so the waitress said she would just get a manager (said with an attitude) but a manager never came. The food was pretty good, but the customer service needs work.

I came but it’s was good okay vibe was nice the dj was entertaining…. He shouted my mama out. It’s was her birthday so me n my siblings brought her there. It took forever for our food and the drinks… then me my mama and sister put an order in and I never received the food. Mann at the end someone tried to make it right & offer a shot but I’m hungry and ready to go plus at that point I had already waited like 30 mins no lie so bump that bruhh …… sad part this was my first time coming…. I don’t make a difference but I will not be back and me folks. Slow service even for cook to order.

The vibes, music and drinks are great. The food and cleanliness on the other hand is lacking. The food menu was filthy, sticky and caked with food and gunk. I was disgusted and opted not to eat just enjoy the music and cocktails.

Never got service - Customer service from young man is VERY POOR - SAY THE FOOD GOOD BUT I WONT KNOW NOR WILL I GO BACK !!!! GET BETTER HOSTESS TO GREET PEOPLE ?

Our waitress was AWESOME however there was a little hiccup with my drink special and after speaking to the bartender he made it right. The the fish was not so good and for the price should've been a lot better.

Awesome service between Jason and Stoney. Very well priced. The buffalo wings was very exceptional. This place is truly unmatched..every time I visit I come. Thank you guys for amazing service. You have my full endorsement.

I go on Tuesdays after 7pm for their $6.24 nacho special. They use dorittos and tues is the only day they sell em. They also have nice strong cocktails (small pitchers tho, only serve 2ppl instead of 4) Friendly nice looking staff. You just have to pay attention to that receipt when the bill come.

Went for the 1st time for dinner. The young lady, Nell, was outstanding. She made suggestions and helped us pick an awesome meal. Will definitely be going back.

The service is not the best and the Philly cheese steak was the size of a hotdog bun. I ordered the sandwich with mayo and when they brought me the sandwich it came with a cup of mayo and a knife so I can ad the mayo myself. ? the people who run this place are not focused on customer service.

One of the best experiences I've had in a while the waiter was super friendly and let us know about all the things they had and answered any questions we has, the wings were soooo good, and the dj was awesomeI would definitely go here again.

Usually I take pictures and I was so busy having a good time that I did not take pictures. The food was great and the bartenders where excellent. There was a guy and a lady there she was so sweet they both took care of me . I would definitely recommend this place I'm going back

Went to this place for the first time on Soul Food Sunday..the food was delicious and the plate is full. I indulged in the fried catfish filet, Mac and cheese, with collards. The strawberry mimosa paired nicely. My only drawback here is the music could have been more of a background setting in order to hear what's being said. I will definitely eat here again..

Wife wanted wings .Despite negative reviews for customer service. Decided to give them a try tonight anyway. Bad decision! Visited tonight around 9:30pm. Stood at the counter waiting to be seated for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Several servers came to the counter and pass by. Ended up just leaving...

The Atlanta location is better. My wings were too hard and barely sauced my first time. For my second try, the tacos weren't so great. However, they offer good service. The place is nice and clean, and the drinks are good. Shouts out to the bartender!!!
