This was our very first visit to this establishment. We received a very warm welcome and took our time eyeing the menu. The General Manager, Ms Porchia, gave us several recommendations.. which was appreciated. We ended up getting a 2-pc and a 3-pc chicken dinners. The price was fair and the chicken was fresh out of the grease. Her customer service was more than excellent; though the chicken could use a lil more seasoning, the meals were overall delicious. We would definitely visit here again.

Claimed the didn’t serve breakfast at 5:30 in the afternoon. But the website states they serve breakfast 24 hours a day. The manager was rude and lazy. Very poor . Won’t be back

We last not abd got the eight oeice wing special. The wings were cold, not even warm. They tasted good but cold. They weren't busy and you serving cold food at something to 10 at night.

To go there at 5 pm you would think the chicken be fresher. I was disappointed with the chicken. Next time, I will visit the Phenix City location. I have always received freshly fried chicken!

I love your place and have never had a problem. I am a little scared to eat my to go order.....it looks like someone has eaten all my fries and more than half my green beans I don't want to give you a bad review, but want the owner to know.
Please guys do better ! Im really shocked at my meal but I will try you guys one more time ......just do better OMG 😲

My wife and I went here to pick up breakfast for the family and to drive it back home. We always enjoy the food and that’s why we came but when we went through the drive through the workers were rude and impatient. Then they said all they were waiting on was fries and had us sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes. It’s always bad service here it’s only the food that brings us back. Because of all the bad experiences we are pretty much over it.

Chimere Sweet

The food was hot and fresh. I had their chicken tenders for the first time and I like them. They have a little kick to them but good. The 12 piece seemed a but pricey but I'm not sure since I never usually order chicken tenders. I think it was $17 or more for a 12 piece. I also got a bag of ice for $1.59. I might forget about Zaxbys ice and start getting it from here since it's cheaper.
Second visit was two days later. Great service and food again.
