“So my husband and I for our 5th or 6th wedding anniversary went to Jamaica where we had our first experience with Jamaican food and fell in love with it. When we came home and heard about Mercy’s we gave it a try- and now it is our favorite restaurant. The service is usually pretty fast even on busy days, they are amazing workers, and kind, the restaurant is clean and I find it cozy. We just got some today for lunch and as always I am just so pleased and happy with the food. It’s SO good! I like the variety of spicy and non spicy main meats to pick from. As sometimes I don’t always want hot food. But ever bit of it is so worth it!“
“Some of the best Caribbean food I've had in years. Here, TDY, and literally just came back from Jamaica and hands down better than any food I had there. The everything from the beef patty to the perfectly ripened and cooked plantains the food was delicious. Of all the places I have eaten near Ft. Moore, it is the only other place besides Black Cow I have recommended to everyone in my travel party. This place is a MUST EAT for anyone looking for great Caribbean food.“
“By far the nicest customer service I've experienced in all of Columbus. I ordered online and when I pulled up to receive the food they had explained that there was an issue with the online ordering and that they had run out of the Jerk Chicken. They apologized for the inconvenience and insisted on making a plate extra special as an accomodation. Aside from the beyond excellent service, the food was outstanding. As long as you order over the phone or in person, I highly recommend this place.“
“After several posts made in a local food group. I decided to try Taste of Jamaica today. I must say, I wasn't disappointed. Order the Curry Chicken and Jerk Chicken. The food was delicious. I'll definitely be going back to try the ox tails next time. The staff was friendly. It's located off Manchester Expressway in the Liberty Gas Station next to KFC and Old Times Buffett. I highly recommend this spot. And the portions sizes of food was plenty. I was stuff.“
