I am from Boston and have moved to the Columbus area in 2021. I have not had a decent Submarine sandwich until I went to Jersey Mikes. I am a huge fan now. I have had the Italian and the Jersey Mikes Philly.

The weekday afternoon crew is the best. Not only is the staff friendly and welcoming, they make the sandwich consistent every time! Super nice atmosphere to dine in

My husband and I stood in line for 45 minutes before we walked out. We also saw three other groups walk out in that time. They only had one person working. The guy before us had a big order, so we were trying to be patient, but she was backed up with carry out orders. Management should have more than one person working on a Sunday afternoon.

This was absolutely terrible. When I got my sandwich there looked to be some sort of feces in it. There were rats scurrying around on the floor and roaches on the walls. I have never seen a restaurant in such poor condition in my life.

The employee at this store is completely disrespectful to public safety employees and rudely claiming they never received the order but would not even look at the confirmed order number at this location or charge on the credit card and instead saying ‘I just work here and we didn’t get any online orders’.
