Outstanding Service for Our Team’s Large Order
Kira, the manager, and her team at Jersey Mike’s in Columbus, GA, were absolutely outstanding in preparing 25 sandwiches for my daughter’s college softball team during their tournament. From start to finish, they made the process seamless. Our order was ready upon pickup, with each sandwich labeled with the player’s name—and they got every detail right!
Kira went above and beyond, following up via email and text—even on her day off—to ensure everything was perfect. The team was a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend Jersey Mike’s for anyone in town with a large group. Fantastic service and, of course, delicious sandwiches!

Just went to this Jersey Mike’s subs location, they were very careful with my gluten free bread. Told them I had an allergy. They wiped down all of the cutting and prepping places, changed their gloves if they touched something that was possibly contaminated with gluten (they didn’t even touch the cash register with the same gloves that they made my sandwich!) I was thoroughly impressed. There’s not a lot of restaurants that will actually take that much time to make sure their food is suitable for people with gluten allergies.

The food was great and the lady in training was nice. The manager was rude and she scolded & threatened to write up an employee right in front of me. You shouldn't embarrass employees in this manner. You pull them to the side and talk to them.

So I visited 11/9/2024 around 12:30 pm. I wanted something familiar and something that I liked, and this was right down the street from my hotel. I got there and I immediately noticed the long line. It's Jersey Mike's, what else is new. That's the sign of a good place, or a place that's really slow. But they make your food to order, and I love it, so it's a good place!
One of the employees was having his first day. Kudos for him for keeping up with everyone during this rush!
My sandwich was made to perfection, as always, and it was delicious! The tables were dirty, but they were super busy and there was only 3 of them, no time to clean the tables. So, ok, I had to wipe my own table off. So what? Gave me something to do for a minute.

Worst Jersey Mikes I have ever been to. Bread is so stale. Black mold in the ice maker. Lettuce is brown. Worst meal we have had in a long time. Staff is very nice.

Placed in store order, lady was unconcerned with what I was saying and asking,told me she doesn't do toping the older lady would help me and she must have just started working because she was placing one one ring on sandwich, when I got home the bed was hard. I won't be back
Awesome experience for my first time eating at Jersey Mikes. The customer service is amazing and Andrew made my experience pleasant. I highly recommend this location. The food was great, I had the mini #8.
