Literally, my second time coming. My first time was not impressive but not bad. The ordering experience was awkward and they were not very helpful.
I decided to give it another try after seeing all the videos on social media. I decided to order on the app to hopefully have a better ordering experience.
definitely learned my lesson and should’ve opened my sandwich there because I feel as if the workers went out of their way to just do nothing correctly.
Sandwich literally drowned in mustard and has lettuce and tomato only.
None of the toppings are requested. Dry hard bread.
Took over five minutes to get acknowledged. With two workers and only one other person in there.
A literal waste of $20

The employees are amazing and really make this location stand out. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. The team works together seamlessly, which creates such a positive atmosphere.
I also have to highlight the management - they are incredibly professional and clearly know how to run a great operation. You can tell they care about both their customers and their team, and that shows in every aspect of the experience.
I absolutely love this store and will definitely be coming back. If you're looking for great food with exceptional service, this Jersey Mike's is the place to go!

Visited JM as I do weekly, and I had the worst experience with a lady manager here who appeared to be a bit racist. Her attitude was terrible and she tried to scam me for extra bacon. Love the restaurant but I do not advise black people to visit this location.

Not very much roast beef on the roast beef sandwich. And the bread was very dry. I had a wonderful roast beef sandwich at a Jersey Mikes in Atlanta yesterday so this place was pretty disappointing.

I came to Jersey Mike tonight and ordered (2) #7’s. I asked her was the bread hard and she replied no, I again told her please don’t give me any hard bread. After arriving home 30 minutes later, the bread was so hard that I couldn’t even bite into the top part. I called back to the store and the same lady answered the phone saying it felt squishy to her. She said do you have your receipt, I explained that I just ordered and I didn’t get the receipt. I said you pulled the receipt. I said you just waited on me and I was the only person in the restaurant. She said I know but store policy is you must have your receipt. This USE TO BE, the best location but now with the chance of management…. IT’S THE WORST!

The young lady who assisted me was polite and very knowledgeable. The food we purchased was overall very good, however, the onions and peppers on one of the sandwiches were too large to be really enjoyable. The steak was excellent.

Oddly enough, I go to the Jersey Mike’s on Manchester and it’s almost double the meat than what I get for the same sub on Rollins. Today was mostly bread and lettuce on #13.
