Just left Krystal on the 280 Bypass in Phenix City Alabama.
I ordered the #3 double cheese meal. The meat wasn't done, and the sandwich was full of the oil from the meat. It was NASTY. YUCK
Y'all need to do better than that. Absolutely upset because I discarded my whole $10.28.
My daughter and I stopped to eat there about 3:30. The employees kept running in and out smoking and didn't wash their hands. They took a long time to bring our food. They need to use hand purifier because this summer they expect more cases of Covid.
The pothole in the drive-thru needs to be fixed ASAP!!
