I didnt get all my money back that I played for and the pizza was falling apart. Also, overpriced

Slow and overpriced. It's too bad, this place could be so much better if it was staffed by people who cared at all

You guys are going to think I’m a liar, they literally just tried to charge me $15 for 3 I e waters. Not at the theater, at the diner. No way

This place is a hidden gem! I wouldn't take a date here, and you have to keep in mind it's operated by teenagers, but the food is great and it's NEVER crowded during the day.

The service has improved just a little bit but still not all that great. This is more of a snack bar just to hold you over until you can get somewhere that mainly serves food and not games and entertainment. For what it is and where it is, it's a nice place for a snack and a coke.

Not a diner. Its inside of a movie theater/arcade and is super tacky looking. Everyone looked miserable.

Sat down to order on a 12/9 to get a milk shake after waiting 20 min and trying to get someone's attention and watch two people who sat after us get their order we left. Horrible service. With people spending so much money to the little things you would think to have a restraint staffed enough to handle the crowds instead weekend. Poor service.

Terrible service, terrible food... Literally the worst waitresses I have experienced in a long time...

The food was so-so, but the service was SO SLOW!! We went for dinner one night before playing mini-golf and it took over 45 min to get our food, and it was pretty basic food. The next day we came back to play mini-golf again because the kids had such a good time. I won a free milkshake by getting a hole-in-one on the last hole. We went in just for the milkshake and it took 15+ min just to get 2 milkshakes. The place was empty and there appeared to be at least 3 people working. It should not take that long for such simple and fairly bland food.

The only reason to eat here is if you are trapped in Hollywood Connection and cannot get out. Had lunch here with my kids before going to a movie. Service was awful. There were plenty of servers standing around doing nothing, but other than bring a menu, taking our order, and bringing our check, our server never came to our table. I had to get up to go ask for the check after we sat there for 5 minutes finished with our food. Apparently, this is a place for daycares to take kids during the summer, because there were 2 different groups around us (and no one else, which should have been a clue that it was bad), so it was insanely loud, and one person kept blowing a whistle. Food was meh. Oldest daughter and I both had cheeseburgers, which were blah, obviously from frozen patties. Youngest daughter refused to eat her hot dog because it was a funny color. Fries were frozen crinkle fries, but were at least well seasoned. Bottom line, do yourself a favor and hit Steak and Shake or even CICis pizza before or after you go to Hollywood Connection with kids. Not that either of those are particularly great either, but would be several steps above this place
