My child is allergic to pineapples and it was cooked with the honey chicken. We didn’t know, otherwise we would have chosen something else. They refused to change out the order stating we should have known… how when no ingredients is listed on the menu. She made it seem as though I was trying to get over by asking for something else when I returned a full container of food.

Just pulled a long black straight hair out of my food. Completely disgusted. And no it’s not mine. My hair is red and curly. Very disappointed. The hair was in the beef and broccoli.

I never imagined I'd have such a strong opinion of a restaurant!
The woman who greets you & takes the orders is always so kind and friendly. She always remembers our family and asks about our kids if they aren't with me when I pick up our order (same with my husband when he picks it up).
In the many years I have been a customer, I've never once received an order that was incorrect! If you want your order to have a little extra spiciness (or a little less), the cook is really great about getting it *just* right! We always feel so valued as customers when we get Lins!

Always love there food. I come from Phenix City to get food here. The lady is always so nice to my kids and me.

Was across the street having wisdom teeth removed I ordered online 1 hr before & scheduled for 12:00 @12:15 lady calls are u coming i said im in parking lot it was NOT until we get there that they even start making our food after it was pd for then 20 mins later finally finished my son was in pain and it was an hour & a half from when we ordered until we got our order I would have gladly pd online if they would have told us payment is required FIRST before we make your food! First time customer. Never again!!!! And because of the cheap foam container juice was spilled out
This used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant in town, but ever since the lady that had been there for years left last year, the food is just kitten same. Even after trying it several different times. While I can appreciate the rice being perfectly cooked prior to it being fried, that’s just what it is-instead of actual fried rice, it’s cooked rice with whatever meat. As a foodie and culinary fanatic there idealist little to NO polished to fry the rice, which defeats the purpose of the dish. I sled for $2.00 worth of extra shrimp and that wasn’t included as well. I ordinarily order at least 3-4 entrees for 3 members of my family to share. I’m sorry to say, it just isn’t the same. I ordered scallops and broccoli, and included were the tiniest scallops I had ever seen, and only about 6-8 of the, and a container FULL of broccoli and sauce. This restaurant was GREAT when it was.

ABSOLUTELY love this place. This is always my go to Chinese take out in Columbus. The staff is so incredibly friendly, and their food is CONSISTENTLY so tasty. Highly recommend the general Tsos with pork fried rice combination plate. Great prices as well!
