I ordered here on different occasions and kept getting disappointed when I order extra sausage so I ended paying more for like 10-12 sausages that’s BS or ordering a pepperoni pizza with cheese crust again paying extra to only getting regular crust I have now taken my Monet to another business the owner of this establishment should either hire new employees or just go ahead and shut this location down I wish I could give negative stars

This location is the worst in Columbus. They were rude. Not inviting at all. Went for the veterans offer. There were already veterans in there waiting for pizza. Waited 10 minutes then was asked what I was ordering. Said the veterans offer and was told they weren't giving any more out. They should have said that when we arrived ( me and other veterans) instead of wasting our time. I will never eat at this location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE TREATMENT OF VETERANS.

I ordered ahead in the app and still waited over thirty minutes for a pizza. I added breadsticks to my order while waiting and they took another thirty minutes. When I got the food it was cold.

A picture is worth 1,000 words, correct? Can someone explain this pie to me? Is this not a box full of repurposed slices? That I'm aware of, they don't even sale pizza by the slice. I've eaten at this location 2-3 times and have been underwhelmed by the amount of toppings they use. I will avoid this location in the future. If anyone has a rational explanation to how a freshly made pizza turns out like this, please educate me.

Little Caesars is always delicious, but this place is rarely on time, doesn't even stock the hot and ready pizzas, and handles the food without gloves after answering the phone, money, and the cash register. It's unsanitary. Atmosphere-wise, expect to stand and not be acknowledged for a long time while waiting to order. They don't have a dedicated person to run the front. There are definitely better Little Caesars in Columbus. The food doesn't lack, but you'll be waiting a long while, so I'd suggest not to walk in and order.
