My wife and I ordered a to go order for our Anniversary, when I say exceptional customer service was a great experience! Gus was our to- go attendant, he made us feel so welcome we are coming back this weekend to dine in. He was prompt, friendly, and welcoming. Our food was packaged well. If more franchises had what Longhorns have in Gus they are starting off on the right track! Best to go experience I have ever had! Thanks Gus, for your excellent customer service!
My friend and I decided to find a place last minute to celebrate Valentine’s Day, it was about 9 pm and this place was full with a wait of over an hour and a half. However, we were invited to sit at the bar and it was amazing! She was not only professional but also relatable, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly throughout our meal.
