Just moved out here, and I absolutely love this chain. I’ve been let down multiple times here though, missing items mostly. I paid extra for extra dressing tonight on a mobile order and by the time it got to my house I realized not only did they not include the extra dressing I ordered, they didn’t put any dressing whatsoever for multiple salads. Very frustrating as this is the only local one but having to check to make sure they didn’t mess up every time makes me not want...

I had the pleasure of being helped by Jasmine, it was by far the best customer service I’ve ever received . Despite it being incredibly chaotic (T-Mobile Tuesday!), she remained so sweet, polite, and patient the entire time. Her kindness and calm energy stood out and made the experience so pleasant. I truly appreciated her such a beautiful soul who deserves all good things. 👏 Round of applause for Jasmine!
