McAlister’s is usually my go-to sandwich spot. Tonight I was highly disappointed. What I ordered is not what I received. I understand you were extremely busy but please slow down and give people what they pay for. My order was totally incorrect. I ordered a Rueben sandwich on white which consists of cornbeef but got something completely different.

First time visiting. Came on a Sunday afternoon. Atmosphere was great. Everyone was smiling. No line and no wait. I told the young lady it was our first time here. She said take your time. We ordered our food at 12:30. At 1 o'clock I asked how much longer, shortly after me asking, two of our orders came to the table, my veggie sandwich was good but the turkey melt was cold. The next plate came, it was wrong, had onions. After sending it back, I asked for my other order,...

This place is great and the team that was there today with Terrance did an awesome job, Bianca was also a great help to me by phone
Had to order specific lunches for my job for 16 people and the employees did great. Food was excellent. I hope my employers called back to tip yall!! I did relay how great everyone was with the order!
