I have been a regular with Mizu Ramen since its opening and let me start by saying: this is the best ramen you will have in Georgia. Plenty of options to choose from, all are creamy, rich, and authentic. My personal favorite is caught between the Tonkotsu Black Ramen and their Tokyo Ramen. And if you're a spice lover like me who's never quite satisfied by some restaurants' designated "hot" spice level, you'll be in for a pleasing treat. Can't recommend it enough, it is a must try in the area for ramen lovers and newbies alike.

I wanted to like this place so much! The restaurant is beautiful and clean. I’ll give them five stars for that.

I had the Chicken Karaage Ramen.
My friend had the vegan ramen
We also had eggrolls(ordered veggie, but they gave us meat)
And spicy creamy shrimp.

I’ll start with the appetizers
The eggrolls tasted burned or like the grease had not been changed. We went at opening time, so it tasted like the grease had not been changed out in a while. Same for the shrimp. They also had a burned taste to them.

My friend ordered grilled shrimp on the side with her ramen. They looked and tasted old. We had to send them back.

The chicken in my ramen was old, tough, burned, and the inside was brown. Like brown. I left it on the plate.

The broth had no flavor and no matter how much soy sauce we added or spice, it still had no flavor.

The server: Attitude when we walked in and didn’t want to answer our questions after we told her it was our first time there. She was so nonchalant. I guess she heard us mention it and came back with a better attitude. However, when my friend mentioned the shrimp tasting spoiled, she smacked her lips and yanked them off the table without asking to replace them or anything. The other guy server apologized for the shrimp, but she did not.

The drinks were good. I had a tequila sunrise and my friend had a margarita. They were mixed well.

So me and my family always go here like a year ago.It was really good but it was pricey, so we stopped going there. But today we got take out.WHEN I SAY IT WAS BAD, IT WASSS BAD THE WONTONS HAD A WEIRD TASTE TO IT. They got our order wrong, wontons were horrible, it cost 100$. We can make better ramen with stuff from the Asian market and it will only cost us 80$. So we are NEVER GOING AGAIN

Usually love eating here with friends but not any more. I brought my fiancée in to have a nice lunch. We were basically the only people there which is awesome. But the server and one of the chiefs I overheard making fun of us for being a mixed couple. (I am a white male and she a beautiful black woman) I was hoping my partner didn’t hear but she did and it was heartbreaking to watch. I quickly asked for the check to our drinks and left. I wish I could come back but I don’t think that’s gonna be on the agenda.

Over priced ($20!) and not very good ramen. You’re better off ordering instant ichiran ramen online. Tastes the same and is way cheaper.

I worked here for over a year and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The whole place was a mess and run terribly, not to mention most everyone who works there is extremely rude and racist.

The kitchen is a wreck too. None of the food is made in house. The broth comes shipped in bags, the noodles are frozen, the same okonomiyaki used there can be found in the freezer section of the Asian grocery store, not to mention that the crepe cakes they sell are also at the Asian market for only $3 ( mizu sells them for about $7)

Not to mention the place is always nasty. There’s roaches and fruit flies and no matter how many times I brought it up to my manager, or customers complained, nothing was fixed. The back of house was no better and the freezer where all the food was kept was never organized and was a cross contamination breeding ground. Cooked meat next to raw meat, deserts next to raw meat juices, the beer taps draining on the floor.

I tried bringing up these issues and other ones and was just constantly told that I was complaining and nothing was ever changed. The men that worked with us were sexist and would always physically push us and verbally berate us and I don’t think they liked that I didn’t take it quietly.

Despite the manager always telling me that I was hardworking and if only every employee he had was like me, they still fired me because I called him out for yelling at and treating the 16 year old host like garbage. Even though I was basically doing his job for free, taking inventory, getting supplies for the store, handling manager calls because he doesn’t speak fluent English, ect.
And not only that, but then he tried to lie and say I was a terribly employee and didn’t do my job whenever I tried to file for unemployment.

Sorry to all the customers that enjoyed talking to me about the anime I played (with my own streaming services) and the anime songs (also my own service) but I would rather jump off the bridge than ever go back here
