I ordered a pizza for my elderly mother. The location farmed it out to door dash and it took an hour and a half to go 10 minutes away. I called the manager who made no apology. Will not order from them again.

My husband and I usually always order pizza from this location. This past Monday we ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. The following morning I was vomiting non stop from food poisoning to where I had to get an IV of fluids from dehydration. Later that evening my husband finally began showing food poisoning symptoms vomiting all night. We have completely given up on eating food outside of our own homes. Thanks for the food poisoning papa John’s.

I ordered from little Caesar’s and paid for browines and they forgot my order then told me the wait was too long for me to get it fixed, I immediately ordered from you guys and was really happy that I got browines fast and they were so good ! Psa If anyone even reads these I think these door dashers be stealing food.

I'm just making it my mission to review all these little places in Columbus and Papa John's was directly in front of me since we're DoorDashing it. We usually never doordash from Papa John's because they keep the tip unless you order through DoorDash I don't know if you already knew that but it's true. But this was a good order and it's not far away so 10 out of 10
Management and other staff are professional and courteous. Whether I carry out or get delivery, my food is always fresh, and my order's right. The Veterans location is the best!

Talk to an employee about my order and they were very discourteous and told me it would be redelivered. My wife called back and was met with an extremely rude lady who said she was the manager. I use to love this location but that was the worse experience that I have had in a very long time. Extremely unprofessional.
