First off this restaurant has potential. I been giving them a lot of business. But lately the service been very unprofessional especially with their manager Pam. She can be rude if you have a complaint she always gaslights you she always been like that. I have had several complaints at this establishment. I wouldn’t complain if they get it right. My son was PROFILED maybe because he was in his gym clothes I’m not sure 🤔 They just ignored him. He over heard one of the bartenders say he wasn’t going serve him. Then a young lady took his pick up order. I told the manager Pam what happened she got an attitude about tried to gaslight the situation like always when you have a problem. I will not give them my business until they take action on this situation.

Honestly, I could give them a 1 star but the Hispanic server whos been serving us the past 3 times was awesome. Other than her service, we came there 4-5 times and literally waited over 30 minutes while they served their "regulars". Spent 3 bdays there with our daughter and all 3 times felt like we didnt belong. Thank you for your service.
Must try. Good margaritas and food is authentic and not the usual meat and cheese

Pure Taqueria has become a family favorite, and for good reason. The food is remarkable and well prepared. Service is fast, attentive, and courteous, especially with small children (kids cups and coloring at request). Atmosphere in the early evenings is pleasant and not frequently packed with people. I recommend the restaurant for a family seeking a carefree and tasty dinning experience.

The food is fair. I only get the seasonal salad when I go. The bench cushions are always dirty and tables. It’s not well kept and I’m sure the kitchen isn’t any better. The fries are heavily spicy seasoned not good. And the worst part they use to not charge to use the private back area .. now they want to charge $175. I only eat here once or twice a year!!
We timed it that we would miss the lunch rush but still found service to be extremely slow. Smoked salmon appetizer was delicious.

Our family visited Pure Taqueria on a Thursday evening. The service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The guacamole, aqua frescas, and burrito were flavorful and fresh. Excellent margarita. We look forward to returning.
