Customer service sucks disrespectful attitude

The food was terrible. I wanted fried rice not an open pack of uncle bens. Don’t get me wrong uncle bens is good when you know you’re about to eat it. It’s not fried rice. I paid $16 for 10 full wings. And double rice. I ate 2 wings and threw it away for the cats. Something will enjoy it. No idea how the fish is from there. But (fried) rice and mild sauce chicken is terrible. Will not be eating there again.

NOT FRIENDLY. Drive thru lady Rude, served me Rotten, Sour Sweet Tea like no one has washed out the tea urn before they made it or maybe they are serving yesterdays yucky tea so I had to pour out the tea… and the rude lady besides having an attitude, did not give me utensils
To eat my food

Which I had green beans and mash potatoes and fish so I needed a spoon or a fork and could not eat mash potatoes and greenbeans
on my lunch break since I didn’t have plastic ware. I can’t eat mash potatoes and green beans with my fingers.

The cashier has a terrible attitude they have to hire people able to do the work

Customer service was great. I let the cashier know this was my first time and she was very sweet. I had heard good things about Sharks (and realized too late that this was a Sharky’s lol). She was very patient with me and although I had to wait to get my food, it was expected because everything I got was FRESH.

However… and a HUGE however… everything was covered in so much salt it looked almost like corn starch because there was so much… it was clearly salt. I probably had roughly 2-3 whole tablespoons of salt on my food… that’s roughly 4 x the sodium intake for a full grown adult.

I ordered the catfish dinner with fried mushrooms and two sides: jalapeño poppers and fried green tomatoes.

The fried green tomatoes were awesome… but very salty. The same applied to literally everything else. I wish I had got a picture of the poppers before I decided to peel the salty breaded part off. Catfish also very good and perfectly cooked, but unfortunately doused in salt.

I love flavor. I purposely sought this place out… but the amount of salt overpowered everything and of what I couldn’t salvage, I threw out because that was a dangerous amount of salt.

I’m gonna be honest I never review places. But I just had sharkys catfish nugget platter it was well worth the money. Perfect seasoning fries on point. Honest good customer service definitely will be coming back.

Sm fried rice went into the trash after one bite. Well because it's trash. Plain rice with a few very tiny pieces of veggies. Tasted like it was cooked yesterday and heated up. Tasted is an overstatement. It had no flavor. Like eating plastic. Lg order Catfish and Sm shrimp ok. Batter has no flavor. They sprinkle it with a little flavoring after. Why not just flavor the batter? 4 Wings buffalo mild. Daughter said they tasted sweet with a little spice. Nothing special. Kids chicken nuggets sucked. Tasted old and freezer burned. You get onions and pickles. 2 pickle slices like whats on a burger and 3 to 4 small pieces of raw dry onion. Place was clean though. Girl taking orders must have gotten fired from McDonalds. Not welcoming. Seemed bothered and emotionless. Not worth the price for the food. $55 for an adult and 2 kids. And they ask for tips while giving no service.

Idk what was wrong wit the short black girl that look like she ain’t grow all her teeth but her attitude wasn’t it I understand it was 9 some & y’all close at ten but an attitude isn’t gonna make the time go by faster just gone cause more reviews like this & also the peach cobbler was old & made me sick

This was my second time ordering here. First time was a week ago. I absolutely loved it then. Got my fish extra crispy like I asked. This time the whole catfish was soft. I hate soft catfish. I asked again for it to be extra crispy. I didn’t enjoy it this round. Seems they cook in fresh grease. I’ll try them again sometime. Went again 6-22-24 and asked for my fish to be fried hard. Said it multiple times. Smh. I wasted my money. Definitely won’t go back. Had to throw my plate away because I HATE mushy catfish. At the window you don’t get a greeting or “have a good day” just hand you the food and close the window

Don’t come up here the manager is so rude his name is Chris. They have roaches crawling up there. I told the manger about it he said that’s there nothing he can do about it. I seen him spit in a customers food because he wanted a refund. Chris said they don’t do refunds so the customer had to take the food anyway being late to work ?. ON TOP OF THAT we both seen him spit in his food he was trying to hide it and act like he didn’t. The customer called the police and had the place investigated. On top of that they are lying about making 100 on their test when we called the FDA they really made a 48. Don’t come up here the one on veterans is better.

Guess you have to wait everywhere in Columbus at the drive through. But the shark salad was well worth the wait. It was huge and very tasty. Not sure how other food menu tems are, but I will be back for the salad.
