“Went to the one in Columbus (GA) yesterday (7/27/24) with a handful of co-workers. For most of us it was our first time there. Ashley did an AWESOME JOB!! She answered all our questions about the dishes we were interested in ordering, and once our food came out she brought the few extra items asked for super quick. When a couple people's drinks were getting low (non alcohol ones) she brought everyone a new drink. The music was a little louder than I prefer, but we all had a great time, enjoyed our food, and I would definitely recommend the restaurant.“

My favorite part is I can sit in the back where it's quieter, and I can smoke. It's a great place to relax, have a few beers, and enjoy watching your team play.

“This place is really great it's been here for years kind of a Columbus staple I'm not a big drinker anymore but this place has some amazing food I did have a smashburger here once that blew my mind! They do live music and drag bingo etc!“

“This local sports bar has a nice atmosphere with friendly staff. The food was delicious and the pool tables are undoubtedly the best in town. The back room could use a little remodeling with some air and heat ventilation. Be it known that smoking is allowed inside; if this doesn’t bother you then this is a decent place to enjoy a game, tasty bites, and some friendly pool competition.“

“What a great place to go hang out and shoot some pool. The waitress couldn't speak so she listened great, and was very easy on the eyes, always making sure we had a cold drink in our hand. The oysters were a little smaller than what I like but they were good.“

“My husband and I ordered the 9.99 special classic bacon cheeseburger for Pickup. We have not seen a hamburger that is bigger than the bun in a very long time. It was very excellent and we look forward to re-ordering that wonderful hamburger in the near future, we highly recommend the bacon cheeseburger.“

While the drinks were decent, I’m only saying that because I had just returned from a cruise where they pour a bit more generously. But it didn’t take away from the overall experience. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaging—always checking in on us without interrupting our conversation. She wasn’t just doing her job; she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Her positive attitude and energy really made the whole experience memorable. I’ve been to many places where the service can feel robotic, but not here. She brought a personal touch that made us feel valued as customers, and that made all the difference.

Overall, it was a 10/10 visit. I hope every time I go to Buffalo Wild Wings, I get the same level of service and quality. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!”“
