The food was amazing and the service even better. Alvin was wonderful and truly made our visit perfect. First time eating there and definitely won’t be the last.
Had a horrible experience at Old Chicago tonight. 😤 When we arrived, it wasn’t even busy but our group of 12 ended up waiting nearly 3 hours to be served. The manager came over but only offered excuses instead of solutions. Totally unacceptable. We were patient and respectful, but this was beyond disappointing. Do better, Old Chicago. 👎 will not come back anytime soon.
