The customer service at 17th and Manchester, is the worst in the city. The employees ignore you while you’re standing right in front of them. Once you speak up to demand attention their frustration will be evident in their facial expressions.It’s so unnecessarily uncomfortable that I avoid the location all together.Hope they learn quickly proper customer service.

My friend, my son, and I tried ordering though the drive thru this morning. When I pulled up to the speaker, my friend was trying to read the new seasonal options so I said “Could I just have one second please?”, and in the background one of the workers mocked what I said in a really rude way. I didn’t even order after that. I pulled to the window to let them know I heard whoever said that, and the person at the window turned to another employee and said “They heard you say that.” So the employee that said it came to the window and said she didn’t mean it in a rude way, she was just joking and she was sorry if I took it offensively.Ummm…yeah. I think mocking someone is pretty mean. Then not even owning up to being rude and saying “sorry you took it that way.”Trash.

I missed the employees when they had more enthusiasm, but it seems like everytime i go now the employees act like they dont wanna be there and make faces at me when i ask for something extra. Sweet cream foam has always been something i do extra and they act like they never done it before. I ordered it extra and did not have extra so i asked for some on the side and was charged an additional fee for it when i never gotten the extra in the first place, its not that big of a deal it just they way they went about it.

No pumpkin available but they didn't know it until I pulled up to the window, so they didn't know what I wanted. Essentially, I didn't order until I got to the window, so everyone in line had to wait longer. Then the Chai tea latte I ordered was thrown together and tasted horrible. It was not a great or even good experience that day. Oh, and they charged me for the pumpkin and wouldn't have given me credit for it if I hadn't said anything

A huge delivery truck was in the lane that you must use to go around to the drive thru box so we were stuck like chuck behind the semi or we could pull over to the window and order which we did since no one was in line. The young lady was aware we could not access the drive thru order box but rather than take our order at the window, she told us to go back around and order at the drive thru box. There was no one in line.My hubby and I looked at each other and drove off to Tim Horton's coffee.It's no wonder these people will soon be replaced by AI robots.
