No pumpkin available but they didn't know it until I pulled up to the window, so they didn't know what I wanted. Essentially, I didn't order until I got to the window, so everyone in line had to wait longer. Then the Chai tea latte I ordered was thrown together and tasted horrible. It was not a great or even good experience that day. Oh, and they charged me for the pumpkin and wouldn't have given me credit for it if I hadn't said anything
Great place but apparently they have some unsavory people come through because when my drink was ready they set it on the counter along with someone else's order and she took my drink. After a few minutes of waiting on my name to be called I started talking aloud about how I think that women took mine so as I was going to the counter to find out where my drink was the lady raced out of the building and the worker said they set it up there and that someone must have taken it. Our drinks were AMAZING and PERFECT (Thank you Christie) Idk about the rest of the people that work here but Christie and her team were just so outstanding and professional, plus they appeared to be super speedy and serving everything with a smile.
