A great cup of coffee. I like the Tesla chargers in the parking lot, that’s convenient. The new menu restyle isn’t my favorite. It does not disclose the name of the sizes nor the prices. It’s annoying. I know that is a corporate decision and no fault locally.
This is my favorite Starbucks to go to in Columbus, but lately the quality isn’t as good. I get the same thing almost every day, and it’s almost never right anymore. I really do like the employees because they are always friendly, but i’ve seen a lot of new faces and i’m hoping they can get it together. Today I waited almost 30 minutes for an iced coffee. The drive thru line has been slower as well.
I’m new to the area and this was the first Starbucks I visited since being here. My boyfriend and I decided to grab some breakfast. I understand that in the service industry we must have patience which we both had. However, it took about 15 minutes for the ham & swiss croissant to make it to the counter.
