Subway in Columbus

“This is a good Subway to visit. We went here for a little morning date bc we were so hungry. We got here at like 8:50 in the morning and the guy open the door at 9 a.m. on the dot. The only thing they didn't really have ready would be some of the breads and cookies.

Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoy this place because they get to build their own sandwich and get it however they want pretty much“

“The customer service was great she was very helpful and polite. She was very patient and polite with my little nine year old, because he wanted to dress his own sandwich without adult supervision. Him and her was having a conversation about his food like they were the same age, it was too cute.“

“Staff are extremely nice. You don't feel rushed at all. Leaving 4 stars because the store was clean everywhere except the drink station. That was a mess, but obviously from the customers. The drink station was not fully stocked at the time of our visit.“

“I used to go to the Subway on Bradley Park Dr. and went here once just because it was closer. Haven't returned to Bradley Park since! The customer service is great and so much more personal. Everyone is so friendly, and the service is fast without feeling rushed out the door.“

“Von did a great job all by himself last night. Was very busy but he had a good even pace, great attitude and demeanor. Provided great service while keeping it professional. He was the only worker in the store and keep everything running smoothly. I hope he gets bumped up to management. He deserves it.“

“There was an irate customer in there when I went and the sandwich specialist was so so so professional and handled the situation in the best way possible...i wish I would have thought to get the persons name because the way they handled that situation should be taught in customer service training courses everywhere!“

“It’s been awhile since I’ve been to any subway locations but today my son decided he wanted a sandwich. I chose this location and so glad that I did the young lady who fixed the sandwich did not have an attitude and did not rush me to fix my sandwich customer service was top tier that’s rare in 2025 !!! I will definitely be eating more subway!“
