“The 2 gentleman behind the counter who took our orders and made our sandwiches were Amazing, they greeted us with a smile, and there Customer Service skills were exceptional. I was traveling with my Granddaughter and Friends to Celebrate her Birthday and they top it off with Great Service and Food. I have been working at a Hospital in Atlanta for almost 39 years, I know how important great customer service is. They are an example of Fantastic Customer Service at Work and a Great example for your Company. I will return, when passing through my travels and I am sure others will , if they get to meet them.“
“Staff are extremely nice. You don't feel rushed at all. Leaving 4 stars because the store was clean everywhere except the drink station. That was a mess, but obviously from the customers. The drink station was not fully stocked at the time of our visit.“

“I have been to this subway 2 days in a row, in person and then I ordered again on line! The sandwiches were delicious! Kemaria I want to thank you the consistency that you have is amazing! In person vs online was no difference! Each time the Sandwiches were spot on! Everything we asked for we got! I called up there just to ask who prepared our order just to thank them and let them know how great they were! She is most helpful friendly and very knowledgeable about everything! I will not go to any other subway in the city! 5556 Whittlesey is where it is at! Thank you Kemaria for your expertise on sandwich making!“
“Despite my heavy handed review on that terrible Schomburg location, I've always had good dealings with their Milgen branch and they have people there that are straight up especially the last time I got a Dash from there.
Keep up the decent work at that location at least.“

I most definitely got my moneys worth place was clean , churro is nice and hot , bread soft , lettuce fresh the bacon was cooked my liking I didn’t feel weird about walking in there I was welcomed like we were family definitely is my go to restaurant for now on !!“
“There was an irate customer in there when I went and the sandwich specialist was so so so professional and handled the situation in the best way possible...i wish I would have thought to get the persons name because the way they handled that situation should be taught in customer service training courses everywhere!“
“Von did a great job all by himself last night. Was very busy but he had a good even pace, great attitude and demeanor. Provided great service while keeping it professional. He was the only worker in the store and keep everything running smoothly. I hope he gets bumped up to management. He deserves it.“

“The manager herself was working this store alone today. Despite the absence of coworkers, April was filling orders with no wasted motion, moving customers through the line in a marvel of efficiency. “While ordering online, I could not find a way to order a fountain sweet tea so i ordered a bottle one. When Aaralyn brought my food to the drive thru window, I saw she had a bottle sweet tea. I asked and she said that I had hit the key to order a bottle but she would see if she could swap it for me. She had to go the extra mile to leave her post and go to the fountain to get my sweet tea. She did this with a smile. Need more employees like this! Thanks, Aaralyn!“
“This is a good Subway to visit. We went here for a little morning date bc we were so hungry. We got here at like 8:50 in the morning and the guy open the door at 9 a.m. on the dot. The only thing they didn't really have ready would be some of the breads and cookies.
