everytime i come to this location something is messed up on my order or ur waiting 30+ minutes. workers don't care at all. was just in the drive thru for 25 mins because the worker said to hold on. after 25 mins she said sorry we're super busy right now so i pull around to go inside and it's dead empty. i pulled off to another subway. i will never come back to this location again. it's always something.

I’ve been coming to this Subway location for a while and have never had a problem until today. Unfortunately, I had an extremely upsetting experience that I feel compelled to share. I placed my order through the drive-thru with the manager on duty. Everything seemed fine at first, but when I pulled up to the window, a young man with dreadlocks (light-skinned, no name tag) greeted me with no smile, no greeting, and didn’t repeat me order or provide a total. He simply took my card, charged me, and handed it back without a receipt. So I immediately checked my banking app and saw I had been charged more than usual for just a footlong sub. I honked to ask for a receipt, the manger gave me the receipt. That’s when I saw that a TIP had been added to my total without my consent which is completely unacceptable. I calmly told the manager what happened, expecting it to be corrected. Instead she gets an attitude telling me there was nothing she can do. When I asked for a refund, she became highly rude and dismissive. Talking about she pregnant and she don’t have time for this. I decided to go inside to resolved the issue and things escalated further. She told me she’d have to call another manager only if I didn’t get an attitude. Meanwhile, The same employee who added the tip started cussing, pulling money out of his pocket and even accuse me of being hard up for money, he took money from my card without my authorization (STEALING) no one ever apologized instead I was treated as if I did something wrong. The store was hot, unclean, and completely unprofessional. The manager she tried to contact was not answering the phone at first, and she seen more annoyed then concern about what was clearly happening in front of her that her employee stole money off my card. If customers aren’t double checking their charges, who knows how many people are being overcharged or have tips added without their knowledge or permission is not just bad customer service it’s dishonesty unethical!! I will never return to this location again. I hope Subway corporation take this seriously because this kind of behavior both the theft and the way I was treated is absolutely disgraceful. I will be contacting Corporate or I would love for someone to call me from corporate

Just might be the worst subway location ever rarely have I been in the store that they have any ingredients they’re out of most of the things most of the time. Recently, they were out of bread?

Second time order online and the past 4 weeks. Paid extra for more meat cuz it seems like every time I order a sandwich the meat is next to none. After paying for the extra meat there's less meat than normal. Last time order a double meat sandwich I had to dig beneath the onions and spinach to find the resident of meat. Call to speak with supervisor and young lady told me no one management was on duty at 7:00 at night. Letting children run the store it's going to cause this store to go out of business.

Joanie & her trainer should both be fired. Joanie is in training but she doesn't she read the receipts so she was messing up orders including mine. When I told them it was wrong the trainer who is not wearing a name tag & wouldn't tell me her name got bitchy & said she fixed it which she did not. She then called her boss & told them I was being a problem. I'm writing this so everyone knows this Subway doesn't own up to their mistakes & then insults the paying customers. Her boss told her to remake the order so after she hung up she told me it would be after all of the other orders in store & the online orders. I have always received good service from here until now. I'll be back but will leave every time either of this not worth having employees are here.

Don’t order delivery from Schomberg Road. They never read your ticket for your order and just assume they know what you want. I took a chance again thinking surely they wouldn’t get it wrong again. Well I was wrong again. Will not order from them again.

9/24/24 no bread available in a subway store? Doesn’t make sense? The employees just said only salad no sandwiches……bruh why even be open? Just watched several customers just walk in and out like I did. It’s a waste of money if you ask me to just be open and paying employees to turn customers around.

They take FOREVER to take your order, I saw a few people walk out, the owner is definitely losing business. By the time I got to order ( 10 minutes later with NO ONE in front of me) they tell me they dont have any cold cuts meat.
