My husband and, I just left here. When we walked in no one was at the front to greet us. She come from the back saying she didn’t want to be there until three. Fast forward she ask what we wanted my husband got a foot long cold cut you’d think she a get it right didn’t put the right amount of cheese plus he asked for extra cheese and didn’t receive it. I asked for a six inch the beast and extra cheese as well girl only put four slices of cheese. I also asked her to put the green peppers and onions on before she toasted it. She didn’t but that’s not what did it for me she didn’t even put the right amount of meat. She was to busy talking about the fight she watched last night and about how drunk she was than to pay attention to what I said I wanted. She saw me looking at the sub and said it had everything on there which it didn’t. I was so mad just said wrap it up. I paid and we just left.

I visited the Subway at the Manchester Rd location in Columbus GA. The workers were friendly. However, the work station was left nasty and I saw a fly flying around the prep board and no one was there to fan it away from the open food. My sandwich was on the board waiting for the worker to add the veggies. I saw the fly fly over my sandwich and land on some of the food left on the counter and the veggies. Just to see this...I lost my appetite and left the sandwich....

We always go to this one, we’re considered regulars by the afternoon staff due to this and they know exactly what we want. 07/08/24 we went in, no body we knew were in there, no issue we just asked where they were, one of the ‘boys’ flipped out at my fiancé for asking where she was and the employee started saying that was ‘his girl’ and asking why he was mentioning her, I stepped in and mentioned that she was always polite and helped us, he then said ‘what if I talked about your girl’ while I was standing there, another employee came out and switched with him while we were there because of how he was getting. Don’t know what his issue was but the lovely lady who normally does our food is great, but the way he (evidently her boyfriend) acted has caused us to not really want to come here if it’s going to be an issue. Honestly she always lets me buy a cup of pickles, that’s why we ask for her. But the way he flipped out I didn’t even get a chance to request them because he kept trying to pretty much square us up. We were there between 7pm-8pm so I’m not sure when he’s there but any other time other would probably be perfect to get food there! Or at least don’t mention his lady

Best subway location in Columbus! The staff here are outstanding (they also make grear recommendarions). The sandwiches/toppings, etc, are always fresh, and I never feel super rushed.Definitely our go to.

Staff are extremely nice. You don't feel rushed at all. Leaving 4 stars because the store was clean everywhere except the drink station. That was a mess, but obviously from the customers. The drink station was not fully stocked at the time of our visit.
A man named Nehemiah made all4 of our sandwiches he took his time on all of them even though there was people in the line and we spoke Spanish also and he spoke it to turns out it worked great because my daughter speaks English but I just wanted to say he made our sandwiches with perfection . There was also a person named Denzel he was patient at cashier thank y’all for yall services this was last night around 8 something

Two lovely young ladies gave me really great customer service. Smiles, courtesy, and a nice laugh. The restaurant, from what I could see, stays very clean. They keep the chips behind the counter in baskets, I thought that was cute. There are bars to control the line I guess, I wasn't in the mood to walk a maze, I was frustrated but they couldn't help that. Service was quick and my son enjoyed his sub. So, thank you.

Something is not right with the taste and quality. Used to be one of my favorite places. The sandwiches use to be better until they went with the series menu at a higher price. Also, they dont do the budget breakfast combo anymore. Guess it wasn't priced high enough. A lot of room for inprovement Looking out for budget I can get a much better sandwich with more ingredient a bit tastier and save a couple bucks per sandwich. Guess this review is more for all subways. The store in general was fine, had one person at the front and he did a great job.
