One employee coughs in front of bread rack and doesn't make any attempt to cover mouth. Once I got my food and unwrapped it everything fell apart and all over my lap.

The customer service was very rude no one spoke and didn't ask can We help you just stood and looked at us as we started to order he walked off and left us talking so we left and told him it was ok this behavior should not be accepted when your paying for service. The store looked as though it was closed when we arrived Not good customer service at all.

I went to Subway on Manchester Expressway this evening & it was absolutely terrible, from the service to the food. When I walked in there was 1 couple in front of me who apparently knew the man working behind the counter so while he was making their 2 sandwiches at the pace of a turtle he talked to them the entire time making their sandwiches which took around 15 minutes. There were 2 men working but the other guy did not come out to help until the very end. Both men were extremely rude & when it was finally my time to order the man said, how many sandwiches are you about to order and when I said 1 he said, ok, what do you want. 3 other people walked in behind me and after 15 minutes 2 of them left. Also, while I was standing in line the other man who wasn’t helping took chairs and blocked off any access to sit at a table or booth. I was there for 23 minutes which is absolutely ridiculous. The bread on my sandwich was not completely cooked because it fell apart immediately. Attached is a picture showing how long I was there. I’m never going back!

Made an online order. Order stated a pick-up time of 7:20pm. I'm walking out with my order at 8:04pm. Employee was higher than a kite, The most responsible of the three employees complained that 1st shift didn't prep anything for them. They were out of a lot of ingredients which made our sandwiches incomplete with extremely small portion sizes of what we did get on our sandwiches. The lettuce did not reach either side of my sandwich, recieved 3 tomatoes slices on my foot long. They had no onions. My husband ordered a Philly steak and cheese. They only had italian bread so the online selection of wheat was not an option. The green peppers were withered, light yellow and red so we chose to pass on those and of course no onions. One employee chose to slowly wipe off tables when the line had over 10 people
waiting. Like I said, one of the guys on the line was high on something.... We started coming to this subway over the Subway on Macon rd but after this experience, I think we are finished with subway all together. We will go to Firehouse for our sub needs from here on out.

I placed an online order and paid for it. I waited for the order to be ready but when I got there I was told that they don’t have what I ordered. They shouldn’t allow customers to order what they don’t have in the first place. The cashier asked me if I wanted a refund, I said yes. She voided the order and verified with her manager that was the correct action, but the money is still not in my account. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Service was okay but things that need to be cleaned are not clean. The ice maker had black mold and I did tell the worker but they didn't care. Very disappointed

I stopped by to get a couple of sandwiches and the guy making the sandwiches was very rude! He was the big guy with a beard and dreads (no hair net) but customer service most definitely isn’t a thing for the company because this is not the first time I’ve had a attitude issue with subway worker, some hate their job!!!
They need new owners are something the help acts like they hate to move unless in slow motion hahahlol and the sandwich is made with old bread they don't give a shit they give you anything

I couldn’t even finish my sandwich because it had a funky taste, the vegetables did not look fresh and the lettuce was wilted. What a waste of money

My husband and, I just left here. When we walked in no one was at the front to greet us. She come from the back saying she didn’t want to be there until three. Fast forward she ask what we wanted my husband got a foot long cold cut you’d think she a get it right didn’t put the right amount of cheese plus he asked for extra cheese and didn’t receive it. I asked for a six inch the beast and extra cheese as well girl only put four slices of cheese. I also asked her to put the green peppers and onions on before she toasted it. She didn’t but that’s not what did it for me she didn’t even put the right amount of meat. She was to busy talking about the fight she watched last night and about how drunk she was than to pay attention to what I said I wanted. She saw me looking at the sub and said it had everything on there which it didn’t. I was so mad just said wrap it up. I paid and we just left.
