The Flying Biscuit Cafe offers a great atmosphere and a wonderful selection of breakfast items. The food, including French toast, Salmon and Eggs, Pancakes, and Honey butter chicken, is delicious. The stuffed French toast and chorizo hash come highly recommended by customers. Service is consistently excellent, although the restaurant can be very loud due to the hard walls that echo sound. Wait times move fast even when busy. While some customers found the potatoes (home fries) a bit dry and lacking flavor, the creamy dreamy grits have been praised as the best ever. The omelet and biscuits are also considered top notch, with the biscuits being especially fluffy and good. Overall, the interior is nice, clean, and bright, making it a place worth visiting again to try other menu items.
