Place was half empty yet our server was never anywhere to be found. While she was super friendly, she was MIA most of the time we were there. The water my husband and I ordered tasted like plastic. My coffee was never refilled or topped off. When we finally got our food after a 35 minute wait, our appetizer came out at the same time. Our food was just lukewarm. was excited to try this place after reading reviews but sadly disappointed. ordered a hamburger steak and it was extremely undercooked. I ate a couple bites and I noticed. didn't eat anymore. advised waitress and she showed it to cooks, and that was it. no discount no sorry. it's was like "whoopsie"
Toasted has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The Philly cheesesteaks are my favorite but all the food is fantastic!
