I just had breakfast here with my Dad & my sister & this is by far the cleanest Waffle House I have ever been to! Not only was the restaurant clean, but the staff was amazing. Our waitress, Erika, was phenomenal. The service was quick & friendly but we did not feel rushed. The food was fresh & we received exactly what we ordered. As my Dad was praying, Ms. Erika stood there with our food in hand & waited until he was done and even said Amen at the end of the prayer before sitting our food down. Everyone on shift at the Manchester Expressway Waffle House between the hrs of 8-9am on May 4, 2024 did amazing! They worked together as a team to help every customer that came through the door. They greeted everyone with a smile & a ‘welcome to Waffle House’ as soon as they came in. I live in Dothan, AL & I wish our food service employees were this friendly and that the facilities were this clean! Thank you to the crew who took care of us today! This is the 2nd time that my order was not done right. Ordered bacon egg and cheese hashbrown bowl with gravy and no gravy on it even though I paid for it to be on my food. The first one was the cheese stake bowl

Hard to ask for clean silverware, waitress was rude. Been in many waffle houses that were just as busy as this was one and had great service. Busy is no reason to be rude

It is what it is. The food is either good or not. But the staff is very nice and comforting.
Super fast service, and the employees were all friendly and courteous. The lady who served me was especially professional. The food was delicious for such a fast and cheap meal, but I guess that's why Waffle House is popular in the first place. If I had any complaints, it would be that the syrup dispenser was sticky and that I wished the hash brown was just a bit crispier. The waffle had a nice, soft, and almost creamy (but not undercooked) texture.

We used to eat here every weekend for the last 2 years have seen many employees come and go and even became on a first name basics with some but my husband went in there last weekend and said they were the rudest UGLIEST folks working there they don't care and they act like they don't care. That's why they were tipped with what they deserve NOTHING WONT BE BACK
The waffles? AWESOME!Everything else? Meh!I got a variety of foods to-go - as stated above, all the non-waffle items I got were pretty mediocre. The waffles, however, were spot on!The parking lot here is atrocious. Barely any room to maneuver and the only ways out are either a wrong way single lane road or a very sketchy back alley. Had to park at the Korean steakhouse and leg it from there.
Parking: Very narrow lane, odd angle, backing in is impossible. Multi-point turn is a must without damaging other parked vehicles.
