I ate here the other day for the first time and it was great. The green butterfly roll in the front center was my favorite.

Charging for sauce on to-go orders is crazy. The sauce is free when you dine in so why is it not free with to go order. Wasabi has become to greedy you pay 50$ for a plate of food and they still charge you for the sauce.

My wife and I have enjoyed coming here to Wasabi to eat sushi for years. I recommend this as some of the best sushi you can find in Columbus. The service is always excellent.

Tonight we had the spicy tuna rolls, a California roll and I also enjoyed some tuna sashimi. The sushi was all good. The edamame was just okay, not the best I’ve had… overall it was great and all very reasonably priced.

They are very friendly! They put too much oil in the food, and the rice is not fresh. My plate looked like greasy slopy!

Tried them on their star rating alone. It was an awesome experience. I see why they have the highest star rating now. The atmosphere was great. Clean bathrooms and clean restaurant. The wait was NONE and we went on a Saturday night at 6-6:30pm. We did the hibachi grill room. However they have a full sushi bar as well as just regular tables to order food. We were impressed by the food. Very GOOD! They actually had cabbage in addition to the regular hibachi vegetables! We have been to hibachi grills that don't have cabbage. Their hibachi grill room has 10 grill tables and a long wall fireplace. Nice atmosphere. Chef's were very talented. Wait staff friendly & attentive.

Food was terrible. The cook burned the eggs and when he noticed it, he hesitated and then chopped them up and put them in the rice (the eggs were burnt black by the way), then he waited until all of the food was cooked before he tried to cook onions before he just threw all of the onions away. There was nothing wrong with them, I guess he just felt that the onion was not necessary for the food. It goes without saying that the food was totally disgusting but the $100 check on top of that and not only do they try to sneak in a tip and make it show like the total but they also try to make you give an extra tip on top of the one they try to force you to leave. I don't have a problem tipping when the food and the service reflects it but I definitely do not like having it seem like I am forced to leave a certain amount tip. Do not go to this place it is a 100% rip off and not worth it. Go to FUJI instead. It's on veterans right down the street and it is sooooooooo much better and they don't try to sneak a force tip into your bill.

Food was good, portion size was great. Service was good, we did the grill and wanted the kids to experience more of the "show" but didn't get much of that but overall it was still good. The seating around the grill was kind of awkward though, our knees were touching the table causing us to be too far back from our plates which was kind of uncomfortable but other than that it was Hibachi.

We waited 25 minutes before we approached the hostess and finally got a server…. And there was only ONE table top eating . The food is lackluster and leaves you desiring more. We never received our soups. Service was slow and uninspired. We were so disappointed that we stopped here. Definitely miss this place.

At this restaurant, I experienced the best customer service ever! I may not remember his name, but how he served us raised our expectations for excellent service. Our server was incredible—always a step ahead, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. His recommendations were spot on, and the food, especially the sushi, was hands down the best in Columbus. Honestly, I’d return just for him—he was that good!

The food is so yummy!!! The staff are great!! The manager even came out and greeted us with a very warm and kind welcome. It was so refreshing.
