“Just wanted to give a shout-out to one of the supervisors at this location. I'm a Dasher and the other night I was waiting for a pick up. Didn't see an issue with the wait because I know how backed up service can be. However, I believe her name is Metra or Meetra (sorry if I misspelled her name) but she noticed I had been waiting for a little while, maybe about 20 minutes and apologized and asked me if I wanted a small bag of complementary wings or drink for waiting that long and as much as I really didn't mind, she insisted! So just want to make sure she gets recognition for that and for providing exceptional customer service to me because she really didn't have to do that. Coming from someone who has been in a supervisor role, I would have done the same and that a really good look!- “
