Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

whoever is your night manager and decided to close down the lobby after 8:00 or so, that is one of the worst decisions you could have made. If staffing is an issue, then you need to shuffle around your staff from day shift and get another person on night shift. The long lines and wait time tells me that you all are not prepping for your customers. You should already have your chicken dropped based of the amount of customers and popular food prepped for the evening rush. If you did so your lines would not be backed up. MAYBE if you came out and took the orders while people are in line, it would help cut down the time frame people have to wait. But this not feasible for your business to be the original Zaxbys in Columbus and this is now the new normal at your establishment. DO BETTER

I got a cookie butter milkshake and Abbigail made it’s so perfectly I highly recommend her for milkshakes!! When it comes to Zaxbys milkshakes the can have my money!!💗

they didn’t give me any Zaxby’s sauce — this place is trash without their sauce! On top of that, there was a crazy lady outside throwing up weird gang signs.

I wanted to try the new lemon pepper wings. My food tasted like it was cooked the day before. Bread was tough, wings tasted old and fries were cold and old.

Ordered a diet coke with my meal and discovered the fountain drink machine was out of order. I had to go next door to Bojangle to get my drink. Ordered 5 piece tender meal and received one zaxby sauce....SMH

They wrong for this, even the cabbage was burned .

I went through the drive through and the service was VERY quick. Amber was at the window and she was a joy, opened up the window smiling and asked me about my day, very refreshing to see! The food was delicious but I could tell the chicken had been sitting for a bit.
