Ordered a diet coke with my meal and discovered the fountain drink machine was out of order. I had to go next door to Bojangle to get my drink. Ordered 5 piece tender meal and received one zaxby sauce....SMH

I went through the drive through and the service was VERY quick. Amber was at the window and she was a joy, opened up the window smiling and asked me about my day, very refreshing to see! The food was delicious but I could tell the chicken had been sitting for a bit.

You know we use your franchise often for meetings and so forth, For the past two days I have had big orders that were not ready no apologies just a displeased taste when I asked about my order this is no donation or charity we are paying for this. No offer of a drink to accommodate me while I pace and patiently wait. Just no acknowledgement. It will be a long time before I step foot in any of your place of business. I am very disappointed. Then I heard one of your staff members tell a customer that just walked in I appreciate your patience Excuse me I have been here since 1150 a.m.m and it is now almost 130. P.M.. REALLY. OUR CORPORATE OFFICE WILL NEVER BE BACK.. One staff said one less business to lose WOW. I will be calling corporate office very soon. Just put the receipts in the back didn't say have a good day or anything. Wow unbelievable.

This location has been a disappointment the last three times that I have visited. Today I ordered through the app an hour and a half before the restaurant closes, but when I tried to walk in the door to pick up my food 20 minutes after ordering, the doors were locked and the lights in the lobby were off. I pulled around to the drive-through window, I told the person that I was trying to pick up food I ordered online and asked if they were closing at nine instead of 10 PM. She walked away, not even engaging my question, and then three different individuals walking past the window, I asked the same question with everyone ignoring me like they couldn’t hear me. I asked if they were closing now at 9 PM because the doors were locked. Each of the individuals acted clueless like they didn’t know what I was asking, so finally I asked if she couldn’t hear me or was just choosing not to answer. She just stared blankly back at me and then asked me to pay for my order which I had already paid through the app. Then I had to wait for them to make my food. It’s a bunch of teenagers working and they’re locking the door I assume to deter customers from coming in. That’s just bad business as I watched several individuals drive up try to go inside and then leave while I was waiting. I assume they believed the store was already closed. I’m not sure how long they left the door closed that evening, but with three people working at the front counter and no idea how many cooks are in the back, only to run a drive-through is horrible overage of manpower and loses the company’s bottomline profit.

UPDATE: I ordered this to go, which means I would be in my vehicle, but after I drove away, sitting at a stop sign, I realized there were no napkins, no silverware, and no ranch dressing. Then I open the food container and instantly see something that looked like a piece of ground beef with a white streak on it sitting on top of the boneless chicken wings. I didn’t know what it was and since I had no napkins or silverware, decided to take a bite of the toast instead. It was rancid. At that point, I was scared to eat anything in the container so that was put in the trash when I got home. The only thing I had for dinner this evening was frozen lemonade. I definitely will not return to the Schomburg Road restaurant unless at some point, they have adult supervision with a manager on site and supervising.

Went to the drive thru at Zaxbys on Schomburg road in Columbus Ga around 9pm on a Friday night. Took 15 minutes to get to the place to order food. There was only 1 car in front of me. After waiting 15 minutes and not moving I decided to call the store and ask if there drive thru was closed. They said no they had no food made so they had to make food before they could take anyone order! Please tell me how this makes sense??
