I went through the drive through and the service was VERY quick. Amber was at the window and she was a joy, opened up the window smiling and asked me about my day, very refreshing to see! The food was delicious but I could tell the chicken had been sitting for a bit.

I love the Zaxby's Zensation salad. It's my favorite item and what I had on this visit. I've never had anything at Zaxby's I disliked. The Bleu Cheese salad is also terrific. The staff has always been polite, and the service, speedy. Whenever there was a slight issue with something, they've resolved it to my complete satisfaction. Extra forks or napkins? No problem. Thanks, Zaxby's. Job well done! 👍

Ethan Berry was a blessing to help us there today. Their customer service was above and beyond while working with what seemed to be the manager. Made our night fantastic while our family was playing Uno as we were eating.
