It's a really nice BK and the staff and shift manager were pleasant and helpful. I appreciate the good service and tasty fast food. Just no diaper changing area for my 2 year old cousin and the Play Place for kids is a bit lame. The surface of the slide was a bit 'grippy' and sliding wasn't happening. The slide is the only thing in the Play Place area.

This is the third time I’ve been to this restaurant to get food for me and my wife. The fries were cold and old looking. We always get the original chicken sandwiches with cheese. There was no cheese on either one. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone anytime soon. If they can’t get it together at this location then I will not b goin back!

I understand if fast food places are under staffed. But when you have only three or less people working. Then close for the night. The fact that you are in a high traffic place and your employees are only doing one car at the sepker and have them come to the window. And not take an order till that car pulls off puts people in the road could get people hurt because they are in the road because y'all under staff on a big event. Like graduation night.

This burger king is HORRIBLE! The employees have no urgency or customer service skills. They were not friendly at all. They bagged up everyone's food instead of asking it was for here. The didn't call out the order numbers so the customers have to figure out who's food it is. I have never been so angry with a restaurant in my life. The only reason I stayed was so my son could play in the playhouse. Next time I will go to Chick-fil-A and I will make sure everyone I know does not come to this burger king 🤬

Went through the drive thru I had to wait for my food. Then when brought it out my French fries were cold and my Whopper wasn't cooked all the way. When I took it back the employees were nice and accommodating. They cooked fresh fries but they did give me an over-cooked burger that was partially burnt.

I just went through the drive thru and ordered an egg & cheese croissant. It was hot and fresh and the best I've ever gotten from a Burger King! The lady at the window was very sweet and helpful, also. Thank you for the nice breakfast!
