Come by at 10:18 and we ant chicken nuggets and French fries for my picky toddler. Apparently it’s way too inconvenient for them to make them for me 12 minutes before their lunch time. So I will sit in the parking lot and write this review and wait for 10:30 mean while they haven’t served a single other guest in the 8 minutes I’ve already been waiting. What happened to customer service???

Stopped while traveling. We left without being waited on. There was one person who was filling drive thru orders and did tell us we would have to wait to place our orders. After waiting a reasonable time without being waited on we left.

Not usually one to post like this, but when a large company refuses to resolve an issue privately, going public seems to be the only option.

Avoid ordering through the Burger King app from the Banks Crossing location. They are consistently out of key items, and when something you ordered isn’t available, they refuse to refund the difference - telling you instead to “contact support.”

Support, in turn, does nothing to actually resolve the problem; only offering a small coupon that doesn’t even cover what you paid for but never received.

I paid for items I didn’t get, received poor-quality substitutes, and neither the location nor customer support will make it right. I would give negative stars if I could.

Went yesterday my two bacon cheeseburgers for my dog was not even warm it was cold but chicken sandwich was hot. Then the free fries Friday was so gross couldn’t even eat them so soggy and greasy

Went through the drive through at a reasonable pace for this time of day ,5:45pm on Sunday. But my order was wrong. I got fries instead of onion rings. The fries were slightly undercooked. However the burger was pretty much like they have in the pictures. Quite unbelievable really but true. The fella at the windows was nice he needs to double check his orders though.

I've been to quite a few fast food places while traveling. And I'll tell you what if you're passing by this place. It's definitely worth your money. One of the few Burger King places I've gone to that have quick, fast, and fresh food.
