Had a few bad days and today I got lunch here soup was hot hot just how I like it the food was packaged well and Owen i think his name was saw it on my face a did something really nice for me and I appreciate him for that. He made my day. One love brother, God bless you. I wrote this before I left after one sip of the soup. I had to commend his hospitality and kindness.

Employees were very nice in the store. However, I did not get one item of my pickup order. Did not realize it until I was an hour down the road as we were just passing through. Tried to call the store as advised by the Chick-fil-A website. Reached the voicemail of the store and was then hung up on when it told me to leave a message. Next step was to complete the online survey about my order. Did that, never got my coupon for a sandwich that they say you will get. I get it, mistakes happen. But I would think at least Chick-fil-A would make up for the mistake. Guess I have the wrong impression about this location.

First time visit, driving through the area went through the drive thru, I had to wait a bit longer than normal to get my food after ordering and there was no one in front of me in line Food was warm but the fries were a few waffles short of full.

We were there for dine in. Our chicken nuggets were cold. They did replace them but had an attitude about it. 2nd questionable experience at this chick fil a regarding customer service.
