This location used to be great but it has really gone downhill. Almost every time I go, they forget part of my order. Tonight it was my kid’s yogurt, straws, spoons, sauce, and napkins.

Was treated badly. The lady who took my order, never said my pleasure. They need people that treated me good was Fraser and Charlene bathrooms were clean, but they made the employees do it. They should get a contractor to do that. It’s not safe. I will be reporting this to the health department. There was A piece of hair in my food . I miss the old Owner Margaret, this place has gone downhill since Mr. West has taken over

I come to this chick fil an everyday I have gotten 3 different sandwiches for my child that were made wrong 3 times now and the manager holly very rude refused to remake them for me. Extremely bad service.

Chick-Fil-A is better in Georgia. No doubt we've been missing this unique taste since we moved to Texas. Not all Chick-fil-A tastes the same.

Since Margaret sold it, it no longer has the quality of service it once had. The drive thru is very slow, and I truly wish they had a mobile order only lane like the Jefferson location. I’ve also had several negative interactions with a younger male manager that have left me wondering how he got promoted. It use to be my favorite Chick-fil-A spot but it no longer holds that title just due to the lack of service.

I got my kid 30 peice chicken nuggets they aren't not edible. 1 had black spot looked like a bug and they was cold. When tried to eat them it like eat splinters. Tried to call the restaurant 2 times and could get through. $20 in the trash!!!! 😡😡😡😡🤢
