I have been coming to this chick-fil-a for years with that being said. I have never had to sit in line for over 20 minutes for an order so simple. I ordered 2 chicken biscuits and two 10 count chicken minis and took 20 minutes from the time I ordered to receive it. I am sorry, but an order that is simple should be out no later than 8 min. I don't know if it is the magement or what, but I know it used to run a lot lot better than what it is now. So if you're short on time, then do not go here

since there has been a management change the customer service has dropped alot. the people are not as friendly and the few times i have gone since this change i never have a straw, utinsel or the condements. Im pretty unhappy with the change ... bring the old guys back....
